Lived in Elgin for many of years, visted this place many of times when it was O'Shea's, Lucky's, Stanley's and tonight I tried El Falco. I was so disappointed in the salsa, selection of Mexican dishes and the food. In this area where we have so many authentic Mexican restaurants, you have to stand up to survive. The salsa here was worse than any store-bought salsa, and the food had little flavor. So disappointed, they really need to go back to being a all-American bistro pub.

Everything was perfect ! The food , drinks, our server & atmosphere. I tried their new menu & I will be back . They offer great perks & benefits from their app as well.
Our bartender Felicia was very welcoming and kind! She made a great spicy Margarita and our tacos were delicious! We’ll definitely be back!

Went to try the new items w/ my son. Food was mediocre at best. Chicken quesadilla, it was mainly cheese and bland. I ordered the margarita (st. Pats version) and she served it with the recommended shot that she assumed was part of it until I pointed it out, as an additional charge she placed it at the table. The drink was awful and overly sweet. I asked my son, 9 about the food, chips, salsa, beans, etc. and he gave it a thumbs down. We appreciate quality Hispanic food. It can be found in an upscale establishment and a hole in the wall, just not here.
Ordered pickup. Rice was not cooked well or seasoned. My daughter found a piece of brown paper towel in her rice. Ordered sourcream, never received it. No sauce came with our tacos. Very little meat on the tacos. My husband wanted cream and sourcream and cheese, and instead, tacos were plain. Our tacos looked nothing like the tacos that was posted online in various groups. My sons kids' quesadilla was the smallest quesadilla, was the smallest I have ever seen. Will not be ordering Mexican from here again. Sticking to the traditional menu.

I have been wanting to try This place for so long and I was so disappointed. The food was not good. We spent 75 bucks for 3 people and one of us only had an appetizer. The chicken had no taste at all. The wrap was so dry and bland. The coleslaw was terrible. The service was so bad. We will never come there again.
