The last 6 drinks I have gotten here have been $$8-$9 a pc. And have tasted like dirty toilet water this location use to be so good idk if it’s a bunch of new people but the drinks are never good and never what they should be and it’s a lot of money to get a drink here. I will not be going to this location again.

I stop at this location fairly often and it is very hit-or-miss when they make my drink correctly. I don't order anything fancy, just a peach green tea, and half the time they serve me a cup of ice water with a tint of green tea and very little peach, if any. Kind of disappointing to pay $6 for that.

Never going to this Starbucks again. Placed a mobile order and then I arrived 5 minutes later. Waited an additional 20 minutes and my drink still wasn’t ready. I walked out empty handed because I have a job to get to. It was so chaotic and all the high school students were getting their drinks before everyone else. One employee asked what the name was for my order and I told him and then I still didn’t get it. It really sucks to spend almost $10 on a drink and then I don’t even get to have it because they can’t keep track of which mobile order came first.

I stopped in to grab a coffee and use the restroom. I left without either as this location does not have any public restrooms, seating, or any type of cafe. The barista's suggestion that I find a restroom in a neighboring business told me that this is common enough of an issue that the employees have a response ready.

I got a black ice coffe with 4 pumps of classic syrup venti and the lady never asked my name 7 people came order after me took liken 15 mins have have the coffe because they where jumping me bad service
