The barista's suggestion that I find a restroom in a neighboring business told me that this is common enough of an issue that the employees have a response ready.

(This review is for the location at McDonald Road /Randall road) As a lot of Starbucks fans, I have been to many different locations and this Starbucks location has to be one of the worst. Every time I've gone here, the employees are impersonal, unwelcoming, and overall not friendly - they definitely get annoyed if you're standing there waiting for mobile order. My most recent encounter was a mobile order, my coffee did not taste good so I went back and asked if they could remake-the only thing the female bleach blonde barista said was "what is it?" I tried turning the label and instead of reading it she said again "what is it?" I told her and she said "yeah, I can remake it" - I thought her response was kind of cold - there was no one else in the store, so it didn't appear that I was holding up the line or anything. Additionally and I had also ordered egg bites, in which they didn't include any utensils. Considering this location does not have any indoor seating… I feel that the basics (like utensils and friendliness) aren't too much to ask for, since everyone will be taking their orders to go and not hanging out.

used to love this store, i go almost everyday to get my favorite drink, but it has been inconsistent on how they are making it recently, its a hit or miss. I often end up calling starbucks to get a refund because Im not able to consume it due to it’s taste. I think I will have to drive a little farther to a different store to get my drink instead

They took the normal starbucks store and cut in half. They removed all the chairs and tables, and no extras. Might as well be a coffee gas station stop. Dilutes the name and looks cheap, I wonder what district manager made this dumb decision to save rent money. I love SB, but I'll just to Coffee Haus next to it.

I went into Starbucks today and I had got a hot chocolate and it wasn’t made incorrectly. I saw the Store Manager (Jess) making it incorrect because I have had it made right before and I was told by one of the nice baristas that she was talking smack about me and making a face at me. It felt like I was being racially profiled by the high management of the establishment. Someone like that shouldn’t be working there if they don’t know how treat customers or talk to them right.

We used to love this place before it was remodeled. We used to bring our kids, play board games, buy drinks/snacks and hang out. Now there is no public bathroom, no place to sit, AND THE MUSIC IS SCREAMING LOUD. It seems like they should just close the lobby because it seems like they only want drive through customers. EDIT: I dropped my review down from two stars to one star based on the noncommittal response from Starbucks.
Placed an order and asked for oat milk in my drink and no whip due to an allergy.
