No seating inside! Very strange! Never seen a SB without seats before ?‍♀️ As soon as I saw they don’t want to accommodate their customers who want to sit and have a cup of coffee, I just left and didn’t buy anything. Their loss.

Staff is unfriendly, snobby, and rude for a mediocre coffee chain. Guy named Gabe immediately had an attitude when I was nothing but polite he overfilled my coffee no big deal it happens then when I nicely pointed it out he grabbed it spilled some himself didn’t apologize and just gave me a glare. Maybe it sounds petty I’m not asking to be waited on hand and foot but just have some decent manners and basic customer service skills? Maybe it was something about my appearance not sure…what I am sure about is I’m not going to a place again where I don’t feel welcomed or valued…

Haven't been inside this South Elgin location in a long time. It was not a good experience with service and time to take an order. While waiting around for my order I witnessed several other customers who had their order made up incorrectly.

Love my coffee from here. Usually comes out perfect. The problem lately, music is too loud. The employee couldn't hear my order or my name. I told him it was too loud, and he just ignored me. There's no reason to blow our eardrums out.Update-I received my order, and it was incorrect. He didn't hear what I had requested. They did replace it right away. But, if they had been able to hear me in the first place, it would not have been a problem.

The worst starbucks ive been to by far. I ordered two drinks, got my first drink right away and then had a 20 minute wait period before i got my next drink. AND they got it wrong twice. The store looks like it has zero organization and they didnt even ask for my name and were just throwing drinks on the counter and not announcing what they were putting up there. They kept telling people “drinks arent made in the order they are ordered” but how is it i have to wait 20 minutes in between drinks on the same order? Its not that hard, you should have a system. Whoever runs or manages that starbucks should be ashamed. They should have paid me to order drinks from that starbucks considering the service i got.

This Starbucks is by far the worst of all the Starbucks in the area. They’re slow at making drinks, no one is every willing to get customers in and out quickly like the others. Anytime I have to unfortunately go here, I dread it every time.
