Everything about this place is amazing. The food consistently comes out hot, delicious, and quickly. The seasonal menu also has yummy options year round for what’s in season. All of the staff is kind and welcoming which always makes for a pleasant experience. Not enough good things can be said about this place!

We came in with our family and were immediately comfortable, as the staff was very friendly in a real way, not overly polished or perceived fake, just genuinely nice. The two at the front desk know how to make the person walking in feel important, and wanted, while not at the expense of the ones finishing their meal and paying at the counter.

I am frustrated with Sweet Berry. I enjoy the food but twice when I ordered for delivery, they didn't include all the components of the dishes. The prices are relatively expensive, so having incomplete dishes doesn't feel great.

We were visiting Elgin area for a family function, and after finding Sweet Berry on TikTok, I was set on going there for the Lobster & Asparagus eggs Benedict I went Thursday 1/15, and immediately was impressed by the bright decor, and upbeat atmosphere. The host was probably the friendliest person I’ve ever encountered and made sure we were accommodated perfectly. Rebecca-I think- was our waitress and was also wonderful. The lobster Benedict turned out to be a limited time special, so we ordered the breakfast sampler, and a regular eggs Benedict with a coffee and water. EVERYTHING was fresh, hot and delicious. Totally toddler approved, and the service throughout the meal was great. Would absolutely recommend the place to anyone I know. Thank you for being great!

Went for late breakfast New Year's Eve. Wish I caught server's name. She was exceptional. So friendly. Food was abundant and fantastic. Daughter is a vegan and was so happy with choices. Would definitely return.
