Terrible. Please do better. Measured up 80% of our order besides two items. Definitely a bad look for the brand as I know this isn’t the only store. I love Taco Bell but I expected better.

This was beyond the most ridiculous drive thru experience I have encountered in my 40 years! There was about 6 cars in the drive thru in front of me so I decided to place an app order to speed things up - it took literally 1 full hour to become the 2nd car in line - I only stuck around since pre paid but eventually just left as had kids in car, as drove around there had to be 8-10 customers that looked very mad waiting. Not sure if this is a competence issue here or just laziness - the management should be held accountable - there had to be 20-30 pist off customers just in the hour I was hanging out burning my gas in drive thru. 0% chance will return to this location!!

Note to the OWNER:
Based on the reviews, it's clear you have enough money and not enough interest that if this Taco Bell restaurant goes out of business, you don't care.
Just like a lot of the reviews, we stopped by there for dinner, went inside to order and nobody was at the front counter. Assuming a lack of employees, we waited…. and waited. Another person came in behind us and we all waited. No one in the back said anything such as ‘Be right with you’, only silence.
We called out if anyone was taking care of the front counter but again we were met with silence. The person that came in behind us finally left. We called out again, waited, nothing… then we also decided this was time to leave.
This review is addressed to the OWNER because in my opinion there is no excuse for this. This is not the fault of your employees, it’s the lack of training you’ve given them. It is your fault this place is going downhill. It is up to you to be there and train your employees the proper ways to handle situations like this. If you do not have enough employees then you need to step up and be there to help them when they need it. Not everything is order online and drive thru. Customer relations is still alive and you need to realize that. Get in there and help your employees get higher ratings and bring back the customer service that should be there.
If you really don’t care about customer relations or this restaurant then PLEASE, shut it down and stop disappointing people.

Worst taco bell ever. The service is garbage and you have to wait 45 minutes for a simple order if you order through the mobile app. Employees ignore you and don’t even acknowledge you. Never coming to this location ever again.

If this had been my first visit through the drive through, it would have been my last. The person went above and beyond to get my order incorrect. You can only repeat so many times, before you just mark the person as incapable of understanding.
As it stands, I just stopped ordering and went down to McDonald's for the rest of my meal

We tried to eat here. Went in at 1pm today. Only ones in there. . 3 employees ignored us. Waited and waited, while the drive thru employee ignored us. He pretended to fix the sauces above his station…anything but look over at us. Gave the car their food and then went back to fixing the sauces as we waited-we walked out after at least 5 mins of just looking at him ignore us. I was so confused, I started laughing. We went to St Charles and received excellent service- their employee said the South Elgin one probably wanted us to use the kiosk- we didn’t even see the kiosk - what happened to greeting people. I gave my son $20 to give the St Charles employee for being so kind. The experience made for great conversation with my 8 yr old about jobs, manners, respect and random acts of kindness- so I guess thanks to SE for life lessons - I’d be rather mad if I was the owner of this location!! 👎🏼

God awful. Slow is an understatement. As I stand here I have watched 1 guy stand and do nothing but watch the other 2 guys make food. Drive through doesent work and I think there is poo on the floor. Update. It was.
