God awful. Slow is an understatement. As I stand here I have watched 1 guy stand and do nothing but watch the other 2 guys make food. Drive through doesent work and I think there is poo on the floor. Update. It was.

Parking lot completely EMPTY at lunchtime, had to check to see if the doors were unlocked.
Nobody in lobby, nobody in drive thru?
I go inside and stood by the counter, the "employee" said I needed to use the kiosk because they were busy.. remind you not another soul in site??
100% laziness and wanted me to do his job that he gets paid for.
Surprised he didn't ask me to mop the floor also.
Tried to give them my business, they made something that used to be very easy difficult and time consuming now.
I then asked if I should just go through the drive-thru, employee said sure. If they want the lobby closed, then they should close it without playing games.
Anyhow, walked out without ordering and went next door to Jimmy John's and had good lunch over there and they took my order properly like every respectable customer caring business should.

This location doesn't seem to understand for some reason that Cinnamon Twists should actually have cinnamon on them instead of being deep fried dough. Incredibly slow service as well because from all the times I've seen, management seems intent on understaffing them 24/7.
I got three mexi melts and a pop and it was close to 11 and a half dollars or so a bit too expensive for what you're getting that's for sure too expensive will not be going there anytime soon.

The drive-thru order taker was not listening, had my order wrong and then got snippy when I told her for the third time how I wanted my food made. She literally said “Pull around!” And the she didn’t greet me at the window or say please or thank you at the window. She proceeded to drop my food on the ground and don’t apologize, I then called the manager who didn’t handle the situation the best but at east he was polite. Then I started eating my food to find that they hadn’t made it properly. I called again to advise the manager. I wanted it remade, and if he could please have it waiting when I arrived a few minutes later It would be much appreciated as I was in a big hurry. Instead Of having my food ready and waiting, I waited a total of 15 minutes from the time I called to ask to have it remade until I received it. The replacement food was made correctly, however, the burrito was cold. I will never again visit this location.

I went to taco bell and I'm assuming it's difficult to hear through the drive through speaker so they accidentally uncharged me and gave me the wrong items. Jeremiah was phenomenal in his customer service for fixing the mistake and making me super satisfied with this location. I've been to taco bells from coast to coast and one doesn't typically think of great customer service when you think of taco bell but this location is by far the best experience I've had. Will be coming back very soon.

If you are an Uber/doordash driver. I suggest you do not accept orders at this location. They decide they are done working for the night whenever they want. They hide in the back constantly and don’t answer the speaker. It’s probably the 10th time this has happened so it’s not a fluke. You pull up see them hiding in the back. It’s honestly ridiculous because people pay for their food through Uber wait forever. If you’re gonna be lazy AF turn off your online ordering. Quit wasting peoples time. Or go get a new job. If I managed this location I’d fire your night crew they are losing your franchise money.

Order food? Don't expect to get all of it. Every single time I go to this taco bell they have forgotten an item, and a lot of times I am the only one in line. How do you forget items on an order when you only have 1 order? Absolutely terrible. I've lost well over $100 at this taco bell for paying for food that i've never received throughout i'd say just this last year. 0/10 do not go here or you WILL be scammed.
