Twice as expensive compared to other Taco Bell’s in the area..
had a quick lunch here. I always order the #8 doritos taco meal. the food was good it was just extremely cold inside the building
It was fine, its Taco Bell! Nothing special about it. They're understaffed and have to get orders to those driving thru and dining in. Drive thru seemed to move reasonably faster, but dine in we waited 20mins for our food. The staff was working hard but that was pretty slow for fast food. Also, the music was waaaay loud, no matter where we sat.

ordered on the self serve screen, paid and everything, and sat for over a half hour before the employees told us no orders ever came through after we placed ours, only one other person in the whole place, the employees were all messing around too much to notice sooner
They didn’t include an item I ordered, I had to drive back Fri a refund, and wasn’t offered any type of coupon, drink, or food item for the time and gas I needed to waste coming back. Thank you for saving my gut from future Taco Bell endeavors.

Super fast service, I put in the online order right before I got there and it was ready within 5 minutes. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and it was clean and all the workers were nice. Thanks for the food and great service I appreciate y'all.

Terrible. Please do better. Measured up 80% of our order besides two items. Definitely a bad look for the brand as I know this isn’t the only store. I love Taco Bell but I expected better.

This was beyond the most ridiculous drive thru experience I have encountered in my 40 years! There was about 6 cars in the drive thru in front of me so I decided to place an app order to speed things up - it took literally 1 full hour to become the 2nd car in line - I only stuck around since pre paid but eventually just left as had kids in car, as drove around there had to be 8-10 customers that looked very mad waiting. Not sure if this is a competence issue here or just laziness - the management should be held accountable - there had to be 20-30 pist off customers just in the hour I was hanging out burning my gas in drive thru. 0% chance will return to this location!!

Note to the OWNER:
Based on the reviews, it's clear you have enough money and not enough interest that if this Taco Bell restaurant goes out of business, you don't care.
Just like a lot of the reviews, we stopped by there for dinner, went inside to order and nobody was at the front counter. Assuming a lack of employees, we waited…. and waited. Another person came in behind us and we all waited. No one in the back said anything such as ‘Be right with you’, only silence.
We called out if anyone was taking care of the front counter but again we were met with silence. The person that came in behind us finally left. We called out again, waited, nothing… then we also decided this was time to leave.
This review is addressed to the OWNER because in my opinion there is no excuse for this. This is not the fault of your employees, it’s the lack of training you’ve given them. It is your fault this place is going downhill. It is up to you to be there and train your employees the proper ways to handle situations like this. If you do not have enough employees then you need to step up and be there to help them when they need it. Not everything is order online and drive thru. Customer relations is still alive and you need to realize that. Get in there and help your employees get higher ratings and bring back the customer service that should be there.
If you really don’t care about customer relations or this restaurant then PLEASE, shut it down and stop disappointing people.

Worst taco bell ever. The service is garbage and you have to wait 45 minutes for a simple order if you order through the mobile app. Employees ignore you and don’t even acknowledge you. Never coming to this location ever again.

If this had been my first visit through the drive through, it would have been my last. The person went above and beyond to get my order incorrect. You can only repeat so many times, before you just mark the person as incapable of understanding.
As it stands, I just stopped ordering and went down to McDonald's for the rest of my meal
