Been going here 20 years and now it’s got new owners. I ordered an Italian combo, which was done super fast, and took it home. There was a sad amount of beef in the sandwich and the sausage was still pink in the middle. The lack of Italian beef and the under cooked sausage is sad.

Got the ruben sandwich and was pleasantly surprised that a place like this would have such a good Ruben. Real good. I do wish they had a more appealing inside as it feels pretty tight and dated and not clean feeling. But the food is good!

First time going to the location at the old Pizza Hut. I ordered a gyro sandwich by the time I got home (less than 5 minutes)the bottom of the bag was soaked in so much grease that the sandwich fell out the instant I picked it up.

Do you need to feed a teenager after school and before practice? Does your teen need a lot of food, fast, and yummy? This is the place!
The menu is extensive but I've never managed to get past the classic burger. It's thick, juicy, kind of messy and absolutely delicious. It deserves the side of onion rings, even though I can never manage to eat them all. Someday, I'll try the gyros.

Criminally underrated. I’ve known the owner back when I was a broke college student and his restaurant was the only thing I could afford in order to eat out. Not only is it family owned but the owners are good people. They don’t take advantage of their costumers by raising prices when there is economic benefit. You tell me where else you can go in 2025 and get a complete meal for around $10. I’m talking 2 Chicago hot dogs, fries, and a soda… don’t worry I won’t hold my breath. Outstanding place and highly recommend it. Foods great tasting, fresh and hot. The only thing I hate is that they don’t have a location around me. If you find yourself in Elgin stop in and grab some food. Thanks Jimmy for always looking out for the kids and the people. You the GOAT for always keeping them prices low and taste high.
This is a solid counter-serve restaurant in the Elgin area. Servings were very generous especially with the gyros platter that I got. They have quite a bit of variety in sandwiches and sides.
A real nice selection of breakfast options too. Staff was super friendly and food was made to order. Came out quick and hot. Will stop there again when I'm in the area.
