I’ve always eaten at Andy’s with no problem however, last Wednesday, my daughter & I went in to sit and eat. We ordered and I paid for a root beer refill. The witch behind the counter with the red lipstick looking stupid refused to slide the refill to me even after the other waitress told her twice the drink was paid for. Being Black American, I know when it’s racial and in fact it was. I will never eat there again plus, I have let the black community know how their black patrons are treated. I’m tempted to send ICE up in there especially since they are apart of our community. Do better for the people that support you and know the staff you hire. Not always a good look nor fit‼️💯💯💯💯💯💯

Ordered a beef burrito with a small fry and was charged $15, the issue came in when I checked my card transaction and was charged $20. Andy's charged an extra $5 dollars for using my card. That's insane and the cashier didn't inform me of the charge.

Always great food. I have been going there since they were located one block south near the quarry. I worked for Daley’s Ambulance And that was considered our halfway point for medical runs. Best

Nice and clean on the inside. The workers were nice, and my Turkey burger was pretty good. It wasn’t juicy like another commenter proclaimed, but it was good & seasoned well.
Regular stop for wife and I. 1st time sub-par meal to our surprise.

Love this place mom n pop feel. The cooks and service is fabulous, Everytime I stop inside. my Chicago dog was a juice pop or snap just what you look for and toppings we're perfect. Beef sandwich super delicious. Always a lot of small cut fries not over cooked and crunchy lightly salted. Thank you for your great service. Love this place no matter breakfast or regular menu.
