Worst dunkin in the area. Homewood and Lansing are better. Gas station is even better than this location. Starbucks is down the street. Never get the offer correct even from the app. Rude beyond belief.

I just can’t wrap around my head at the fact that I was charged dang near almost a $1 for some whipped cream. Like this is why I go accross the border for the things. Everything is a up charge or taxed for no reason. No small coffee with whipped cream should be $5 that’s ridiculous and robbery. I will never return

The manager had an attitude problem, and my sandwich bread was hard and burnt.
I usually don't do reviews but this is just wrong. I ordered a Large Brown Sugar Shaken Expresso. The sign said the med size I believe was $4.39. I figured a large would be a dollar more, so I asked for the large. When I got to the window to pay, the price of the drink was $8.08 plus tax. I went inside to ask why the price of the drink was so much, the said the price for the drink was $4.79 plus $2.00 for the brown sugar, plus $1.29 for the oat milk. Thinking they mixed my order with someone else, I told them I did not ask for those extras. They explained to me that is what make the drink. So I asked why not just make the price $8.08. They looked at me like I was nuts. So I then asked them if I asked them to make me a med one as advertised with out the addons what would I get? She said it would not be a Brown Sugar Shaken Expresso. Once again why is the price not what is advertised. They still looked confused. Having to get to work, I did not have time to continue to argue with them. But this is false advertising.

i ordered a large strawberry smoothie, at the window, he arguing with me about using my dunkin app, and then tried to hand me a small smoothie and when i told him that i asked for a large. he then proceeded to tell me 3 times that i said a small. i asked him how is this gonna tell me what i ordered and asked for a refund. he didn’t want to give me a refund, i will not be back to this location. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
