0 stars placed an order online they said it would be ready get there they are closed! Waits for the $40 charge to drop it does not. I called the store they did not pick up. I emailed customer service they ask is it a pending charge … I say no they don’t respond again. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS LOCATION.

Today I placed an order online. Received a message saying my food would be ready in 6 minutes. I get to the restaurant and I noticed a sign saying closed for remodeling. I got screwed out of a $20 bucks. Very disappointed

This is the second time I've visited. They barely give you any fries and potatoes are cheap $6 a bag. The sandwich bread is super hard like it's expired and there's hardly any meat on the sandwhich. Won't be back. I guess they give more to people they know or who they ask to make reviews.

We tried the Lansing location. Had philly cheesesteak, cheese fries, 10 wings( flavors were lemon pepper & garlic parm), and cheese sticks. When I say this was THEE worst food I've ever had from a fast food place, OMG!! I'm still in disbelief. I have no words. I've literally never had food that tasted so bad.

Ordered a 6 pc traditional Buffalo wing.I only got 5 wings. Came back a got my other wing, cashier actually asked if I wanted the other wing I paid for. How in the heck do you forget 1 wing in someone’s order???
