By far the worst chipotle I ever went to. Came in at 7pm and there was no customers and they were out of chicken black beans and rice. I felt so bad for the guys working the line because the two managers were in the back with 0 sense of urgency. When I paid for my chicken bowl I asked for chips and they told me they couldn’t sell the chips to me because they were only for online orders.

It was not very clean, they barely had anything at 8pm, the tall Hispanic guy with the hair had an attitude for some reason. I had a bowl, and my chicken was cold not even warm but cold. They had no veggies. I definitely will not try this location again.

I got to my jobsite to eat my burrito..it was unedible..Way way to much salt. Its not possible for me to be the only one to complain..these people knew that chicken was trash but were too lazy to replace it. I only wish that i was not at work to demand my money back.

i don’t know who cut the meat on october 2nd, but you need to do better. i should not have 3 big clumps of meat that pretty much contains all my meat that i have on my bowl. maybe the knife was dull… but you should have a knife sharpener and i think it’ll be best to use it before cutting.

Line can be long but moves quickly. Good fresh eating. I am always a fan of fast food that makes good use of all food groups... especially vegetables

I mistakenly left my phone at the counter after paying for my food. Upon failing to resume listening to my audio book in the car, I realized that I had left my phone behind. Upon my arrival, the manager put me at ease, handing my phone back to me. This Chipotle location is clean. The food is fresh. I'll definitely be back.

I have came to this location on numerous times. Lately they are closing way before 11 pm which is advertised on the door they close @ 11. I came one night @ 9:15 pm and they were closed. I came another night @ 10:20 pm and they were closed. This is unacceptable when they close @ 11 they should still be open during these times.

I come to this location often… I went in tonight to get a bag of chips and queso… I look and see 2 bags of chips on the shelf. I tell the young man behind the counter “Yes sir I would like a bag of chips and queso” he looks at me and says “Oh we don’t have any chips.” I then reply and I say “Ummmm so what about those chips in the bag right there on the wall?” He goes “Oh well you can have those if you order online” I reply and say “Wow so I have to literally go on my phone place a mobile order just to get chips that are right there in front of my face??? Ok buddy..” and I walked out. Some people do not deserve jobs… little does he know I come to this chipotle often! That’s ok… will NOT come there again! If you are wondering who it was… it was this gentleman pictured below…. RIDICULOUS

I just left Chipotle in south holland. I stood in line for a while. There were about 5 people ahead of me and 6 behind me and not one got waited on, no one said why they weren't serving any food. People started to leave. Not one employee said any thing. They have no Customer service skills. HELP THEM!!!
