My spouse and I love Dunkin’ We always make sure to stop at one in every state we visit — at least twice a day. We have our own refillable container that we fill with plain coffee. Usually, they charge us like we’re getting a small or medium cup, around $2–$3. But here, they charged us as if it was an XL cup.
Anyway, the problem isn’t the price — it’s the sugar. When we asked for sugar, we were looked at like we were doing something wrong, almost like it was forbidden. And I even noticed them making fun of people among themselves. It didn’t feel nice at all.

The evening lady is so rude. She pointed at me when putting a drink and I thought it was mine and Tasted it. I ask this is not mine and I informed the owner I tasted. She shouted at me and she forced me take it. I frequently come pass through this plaza because I like the food in the building but this lady is so rude be cautious ⚠️ By the way the coffee ☕️ in the gas station down the street is half the price. Thank you rude lady next time for saving me money.

My mom was basically coughing and choking in front of them and they would not give her a cup of water cause they don't have complementary cups and they wanted to charge us first for it and would not give to her until we did...while she was standing there, choking and coughing.

All around I would give this 0 stars. I am aware you guys hire people that can be stand of ish so people don’t ask for any special requests even when you tell them they can upcharge you. Then when my order is getting took, one of the workers had the nerve to tell the other worker to let her take the one behind me. She could’ve waited until after I was done to do so. Shouldn’t no one try to be so close with all these viruses going on. How can I substitute my bagel for a croissant but can’t change my bacon to sweet bacon then can’t substitute my coffee for anything else either. I worked for fast food plenty of times and there’s always a way to do some regardless if your lazy ass want to or not
The guy doesn’t hear very well apparently because I asked for a chocolate donut he gave me some weird long Jon with white glaze disgusting! Had the nerve to ask for a review and here it is! Coffee was watered down as well

If you going to charge 12 for half dozen make sure they are fresh. I got down the road. I could of knocked someone out they were so hard and I'm to far gone to do sketching
