It must be new owners. The flavor is bland now. Half the things offered on the kiosk is not available. They don’t let you know until they pass you your food. They didn’t follow request. I was totally dissatisfied.

Didn’t taste like Harold’s chicken. It’s like they don’t have the recipe. The chicken was just ok. I ordered 5 wings the 5th wing was small and almost over cooked. I love fries. Their fried taste warmed up like hard First time here. I don’t recommend waste of money. Should have went to Wilma’s for chicken.

Placed an order for a cat wing combo with 3 extra wings added. Called to see how I could be accommodated the continue to place me on hold to avoid, doing that. Will never order from this place again.

No food or a refund. Placed an order online January 2nd. Was given a 41 minute wait time for 10 wings and 1 breast. I arrived at the time given, only to be told that I needed to "wait another 25-30 minutes" by employee in store. I explained that I had already waited 40+ minutes, and that the food was meant for lunch with my baby on her work lunch break. I did not have time to wait. I asked for a simple refund. (Brace yourself!) "You need to call the store and speak to the manager." (Yesss I'm still in the store that I'm told to call 🙄 smh) I called the number without hesitation. The manager (owners son) lied to me about a call back after he spoke with his dad to ASK for my refund. More than an hour passed, no call, text, or email confirming my refund. Then they had the audacity to send a text from the restaurant saying my food was ready about 30 minutes after I asked for the refund. (very strange since I had already spoken with the manger about the situation) I then sent an email on the website. Was contacted within the hour by the owner. I had to explain the situation AGAIN. His son didn't tell him a thing obviously. During this call I was told by the owner that the charge would NOT be processed. More lies. It posted yesterday. I will be contacting my card company to report Harold's chicken as a fraudulent transaction. My advice is to spend money at establishments where the owners are not strapped for cash, refuse to give refunds, etc. Find businesses that have honest and fair practices. This would never happen in Orland Park or Tinley. Only to folks who look like them. Just know that I will drive to Chicago for Harolds before I ever eat at the South Holland location. Happy New Year

Ordered online waited 40 mins..got the text saying my order was ready all for me to go pick my food up and them tell me they have no white meat what so ever . Then act slow when I'm asking for my money back .

One star is all they deserve at this location based on tonight's experience. First and foremost, when I called to order, I was on hold for a very long time. I asked for a large catfish nugget and she asked if I wanted slaw, to which I said Yes. "The order would be ready in 25 minutes," but it was 50 minutes instead. There were 6-7 pieces of catfish for $11.72; certainly not enough for 2 as planned. The fries were reheated, evident by the ones crispy like chips, and no slaw! When I said, I ordered a large, she said "nuggets only come in one size". It would have been nice if she had told me that on the phone. Guess, I will have to go out of the neighborhood to another location, because fool me once (You know the rest).

Today I ordered a 1/2 dark for my mother, which is supposed to consist of two thighs and two legs. However, upon delivering the food to my mother I was both shown and told she has two breast and no cole slaw with her order.

I asked my mother to give me the food to take back, but she didn’t want to be bothered with the hassle.

Please make sure that the restaurant completes your order correctly before leaving. A 1/2 dark could feed two to four people instead of two breast feeding one to two people.

They are horribly rude and inconsiderate. If they are busy they will tell you to hold on and hang up on you, after you have waited on hold for ten minutes. When you do get food it’s good but trying to order over the phone good luck!!!!

They did not have pop or forks. I paid extra for mild sauce and it was only a little bit on my friend and wings. It took a while to get my order but that was because they kept talking in the back.
