Harold's was good. It's not like what I remember when I was living there. The service was excellent and the store was clean.

South Holland, How can you let these individuals infiltrate your community and devastate the Harold's Chicken brand? This is deplorable! I ordered 6 wings, hot sauce, salt and pepper, fried hard and a small liver, mild sauce, salt and pepper, two slices or extra bread and a bottled water. This was a dine-in experience, so no excuses. The wings were popping hot and delicious. Very little salt or pepper was placed on anything. I could barely see it or taste it. The bread was old, hard and stale. No refrigerated bottled water is in inventory. The livers were cold. I couldn't understand. I have never received cold livers from a Harold's Chicken in my life. I complained but to no avail. I was so upset with this meal I didn't even clean up after myself. I'm sorry. I left my garbage right there in disgust. I think certain individuals should adhere to their culture and NOT venture from it. That is the problem at this establishment.

45 mins for a 1/4 chicken dark with fries
45 mins is absolutely insane what are they doing back there? Terrible experience but at least the food was good

The grease is old and the chicken is old. Poor customer service. Nasty looking and it smells.

The new ownership, has improved the business. This is the best Harold's Chicken in the So. Sub., keep up the great work!

Ordered a 4piece wing dinner on Uber eats for pickup. Not even a whole 30mins after
eating it I started to feel sick. I’ve been in & out of the bathroom since then, my stomach feels like it’s in knots, body is aching, got the chills & I feel nauseous. Was fine ALL DAY until I ate from there. Something ain’t right &
I will not be ordering from them again.
