Late-night drivethru visit: my issue was not that the food was cold, nor that it tasted bad, nor were they rude at the window; the issue was that once again the order wasn't right in the bag. And, yes, I understand we should check our bags before pulling away from the window. Admittedly, it was late-late and I was tired, but this isn't nearly the first time. The rating is for the food being hot and tasting as it should, but for the order being incorrect.

Soooo when standing at the register trying to place an order the workers behind the register are walking back and forth bagging orders etc etc and they definitely see me standing there. This goes on for about 5 mins, i asked one the workers “ so you guys dont take orders at the register nomore?” And he proceeds to take my order🙄😐😐 ridiculous

At 4:38 AM October 10th 2024 I had a very awful experience at the Calumet City McDonald's. So I decided to come to the Salem locaution this wonderful man named Marlin the drivethrough and make sure that I received my birthday points for my free coffee and he was so polite he fixed everything for me that the very rude man in climate city told me to pretty much f off so I advise you to go to McDonald's overnight because Marlin is the absolute best in drive-thru I will be returning to Given a tip I did not have any cash he took care of me with a smile no problem I sleep I was Kand I wish everybody was as considerate and pleasant as him you don't get this kind of service or communication skills especially in the restaurant industry people underestimate The people that work in fast food they don't realize how difficult it can be to have to take orders listen on the head set take money Deal with the ignorance of
the people that come through and expect service with a smile when they s*** on you shit people deserve to get spit on and Marlin took care me I honestly worked at Wendy's and one of our rules were if you would not give it to your children or your grandparents do not put it out the window Marlon I appreciate your service and I will be returning to give you a tip thank you so much

If you like eating in a filthy dining area, then this location is for you. Bathroom is leaking, floors dirty, garbage bag on the seating area with filthy and dirty tables. From a management terminology, there was a lot of labor on the clock (young teenagers) but a clear lack of management to allow the dining area to look the way it did. Everyone was too busy talking and joking.

I had to send back a Mc Chicken because the bread had a black spot that's was not a burn mark. Even the cashier was questioning the line cook who made it. First and last time for everything.

Didn't open at 6 but at 8 worker's didn't show up on time I had to push my friend in wheelchair just to stand outside

Wheelchair accessibility: Gotinside for a breakfast at 10:25 by the time I was waited on, I was told they were not serving breakfast anymore service

The food was good & fresh, but they forgot my fries and a 6 piece nugget, and I called to let them know and they laughed and hung up in my face and I can’t complain on the McDonald’s app and I want my money or free food cause that was messed up

It's a good McDonald's but they need to clean a bit more. And need more cashiers on the spot.

Parking: Depends on the time you get there. But most of the time you find a nice parking spot
