First time I’ve been to a Panera outside of Chicago. This place was clean with welcoming and kind employees! Won’t see that at other Panera’s.

The South Holland location has become the dime-store version. The staff n manager on duty Wednesday May 21 2025 were not professional and quite antagonist. They staff dropped the food on the floor n still placed it on the shelf for take out. The manager was nice nasty. Disrespectful with a smile. Hopefully manager will review tape footage with sound. That entire crew needs to be dealt with n re-trained. They have turned this location into a KFC. Don't patronize. Stay home n prepare your own food.

Greetings, I ordered the pick two and I however received the sandwich it was as flat as a peanut butter sandwich. I have never before ordered The Mediterranean sandwich and it didn’t have all the ingredients on the sandwich. I literally had lettuce, tomato and hummus. I was very much unpleased with my experience and upset. I came there because a family member was having surgery and I was in the hospital all day and I needed to eat so it was inconvenience for me to leave and go back to the restaurant for them to fix the order. I called numerous of times no one answered or call me back. I ended up DoorDash some food for me and the family member that was having surgery because I was not eating what I purchased from Panera bread which made me spend more money. This is unacceptable and I really highly doubt if I were to go back to that location ever again thank you.

This is the slowest Panera in the world. If you need breakfast before work don’t come here cause it’s gone take them 10 minutes to make one sandwich. And they’re never busy so I’m confused as to what be taking so long

I am getting frustrated that everything I come to this location. They don't never get my order right.I end up calling back to the store just to be accommodated in my rewards. Today I ask for extra dressing for my apple fugi salad and they gave me another type of dressing that goes to another type salad. Good thing I checked before I left the window. I would have been calling back again. Another time they gave me a apple fugi chicken salad with no chicken. Wow 🤦♀️

This Panera has been a disaster for years, and the new management has done nothing to improve it. Orders are consistently wrong, food quality is sloppy, and the attention to detail is nonexistent. It’s frustrating to pay premium prices for a meal that’s missing ingredients or made incorrectly every single time. This isn’t just a ‘bad day’—it’s a pattern. If you’re hoping things have improved under new management, don’t bother. They clearly don’t care about customer experience.
