Well what can I say about a Pizza Hut? As they pretty much are all the same, aren't they? I gave the service only two stars because when I called initially they didn't answer my call for about an hour to an hour and a half. And once they finally did answer my call the young lady on the line did not seem as though she wanted to have conversation with me or anyone else for that matter. I went to take advantage of the $2 personal pan pizza deal on Tuesdays. Once I picked up my pizzas, they were much smaller than I expected. Not at all the same size as the personal pan pizzas that I used to buy at Target. But neither here nor there, as a $2 special it was a deal. It tasted good. And the gentleman that handed me my pizzas was very accommodating and offered much better customer service then the young lady did earlier. After considering his contribution to that piece of the experience I went ahead and gave them four stars.

That $2 Tuesday is horrible on the wait I preordered before they opened and got off at 130 for 130 pm pick up didn’t leave till 330 pm horrible they need a o be prepping from 9 am

Horrible horrible customer service. Tried calling them for 30 MINUTES to cancel an order that someone placed with my account when I don’t even live in the same state. NEVER answered the phone.

This was literally the worst Pizza I have had since I was probably 12! I paid $40 for a medium meat lovers Pizza and eight boneless wings. I truly wish I could have found someone on the street that needed $40. I would have given it to them instead of paying for this garbage. The pizza was the same type of pizza that you get at the grocery store that cost $1.50. The kind you got as a kid in the 70's for your school lunch. Actually, if my memory serves me correctly, those pizzas were kind of tasty. This is not. STR8 GARBAGE! I WANT MY DAMN $ BACK!

Young lady with glasses working up front tonight did an excellent job. She had a lobby full of customers, greeted me and told me she’d be right with me within minutes she emptied out the lobby with a smile and I paid for my order and left. She would let me eave her a tip so I’m writing this review so her manager may see it and recognize her management capabilities.

The worst service and pizza. This is my second time ordering from them and my order is wrong!!!! The second time I ordered a medium pizza with chicken, pepperoni and pesto. THE PESTO WAS MISSING & the PIZZA WAS UNDONE! I also ordered BONELESS honey bbq wings and they gave me Hot, bone-in wings & I literally can’t eat spicy food. 😂😂😂😂 I called immediately and no response. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE! I then spoke to someone online through a chat and they tried to offer me two free pizzas…. GOD NO!!!! I want a refund. None of it was edible! So now I have to wait for a manager to get back to me within 1-3 business days… It’s insane!

Horrible location. I tried to order for delivery twice here and these people just let anyone take your food. They do not make sure the UBER EATS delivery drivers confirm the order. They have stolen my order twice now.

After not having Pizza Hut for years, I decided to satisfy a craving and ordered through their app. I selected a medium sausage and pepper pan pizza, along with a tavern pizza, specifically requesting that both be cut into squares. After waiting over 30 minutes, I checked my order and noticed that it didn’t look like a pan pizza, despite paying extra for it. I raised the issue with the manager, who offered to remake the pizza.

Unfortunately, when I received the replacement, it still wasn’t a pan pizza—and it was burnt. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I’m unlikely to return.

Don’t order here. I Ubered $55 that had a variety the big dinner box , and they didn’t give us the bread sticks or chicken wings… instead they put a super dry cheese pizza that’s been sitting out all day dried up …. The other 2 pizzas were freshly cooked tho … I have a feeling they took that and gave me old food because when I went up there they did not want to correct it . Super frustrating …. 10/31 9:58pm the staff at this time is sketchy
