Today I had a problem with the mobile app in my order and a manager assisted me with the problem and resolve the issue for me and I was told that she was the new GM. I forgot to get her name, but she was helpful, polite, and generous to the situation that I had That type of service makes me wanna come back and order more food.
Service needs to be a little more faster and constinent. I dislike waiting and looking around. Its not all the time. But these my people, the new cook though they need to give that guy a raise cause he is a perfectionists. Love this location and they always clean inside.
It's okay. Popeyes is always a little slow. They will get your order wrong, I think it's because they are behind. For example, if you order all dark meat. They will still throw in some white meat because they might not have enough dark meat cooked and unless you open your bag and all your boxes in the store, you won't find out until you get home.
