Someone wrote a review about customer service at the Seafood Junction restaurant located in South Holland on Sundays. Well, I'm updating by sharing my experience this past 10.20.24. The lady who answered the phone, before the restaurant was open and I'm not sure if this was the same lady that took my order upon my arrival on site, but both experiences could not have been more pleasant, professional, informative, patient and polite. The food i ordered was prepared to my specifications, hot, quickly, and it was delicious. This location and food remain my go-to fast, healthy selections restaurant in South Holland. Thank you for being conveniently located, providing great customer service, delicious, healthy, boiled food and if you ever fall short on an order you quickly, without hesitation go above the call of duty and make the customer happy to correct the issue!

The cashier that works on Sunday's has the nastiest attitude I have ever seen. This is the third time dealing with her attitude and I refuse. I asked to speak with someone above her she hung up on me and blocked my number so I can't call. I see I'm not the only one who has a problem with her I see other comments about her. Something needs to be done.

Went here Friday morning when they opened. Customer service was poor asl. Cashier did not greet me and started taking my order with her back turned. She did not seem happy, welcoming nor friendly just attitude all the way around. I placed my first order still, then I tried to place my second order and the older lady cook came around the corner and said she wasn’t doing allat cause she was the only one there. They were only steaming for now. I said okay and walked away. Black folks have to really do better cause they don’t know who’s coming into those doors frfr love this place down started going to the one on 87th years ago until they removed steak from their menu then I went to the one on 95th regularly. I live too far from there now and was trying the south holland location for the first time. Can’t say I’d love to go back and try it out again. Please don’t work in customer service if you’re going to be rude and uninviting.

If you do want to go to a sit down restaurant and you like take-out seafood, this is the seafood restaurant for you! The menu is mind-blowing, serving many different combinations of seafood, that suits your wallet. The food was prepared just right, not over or under cooked. If you are in the area, give them a try!

I went to seafood junction yesterday and spent $131 and the seafood was spoiled I called in today and they said that they could not refund me or anything and I still had majority of the food it has a bad taste an they said I have to bring the food in for a new order but I stay all they way downtown in Chicago smh will never go here again
