My food was plain barely any seasoning. I called over the phone & was put on hold for awhile, no one came back to the phone I called back a few times it was busy, I went back up there the lady said I had to ask for more house seasoning and pay that's why it was plain, I had this same order a few months ago from this location it was better than, I don't live in this area, I had to come back in the cold, burn my gas she didn't offer me anything out of curiosity, I spent $43 that's unprofessional I will never be back, not wasting my hard earned money on unprofessional service, and plain food! Manager you need to fix your service that was the worst experience ever!

This was the worse. I got a seafood bag. It had no taste. Taste like it sit in water until you buy. Food had no flavor. The sauce was watered down. Who pits water in butter? Ill never ever come back. It was my first and last time.

I placed my order on the phone yesterday. The seafood boil that is advertised as $20 is actually $25. They did not say anything about the price being different when I called. He just charged me the higher price and then informed me when I asked. My corn and crab were overcooked. The boil was only in one bag instead of 2 so the seafood sauce leaked out of the bag by the time I reached my destination. So that was disappointing. The flavor was just OK but I feel like I didn't get the full experience because there was no sauce.

The temperature inside this establishment is extremely high, and it's unacceptable that the staff is expected to work under such harsh conditions. It's both uncomfortable and unsafe. The owner seriously needs to invest in proper ventilation or air conditioning—not just for customers, but for the well-being of their employees. This situation is sad and completely avoidable. No one should have to work like this!!!

I go for the taffy grapes and desserts. I used to get the lychee drinks in the bottle, was delicious. Not a big fan of the food.

Asked for a pound of perch fried with coleslaw and corn. Got 3 pieces of fried perch and no coleslaw .The fried fish had almost no fish in it and was fried dry. I went back inside and was gonna ask them to correct it until I looked at the fish and told them never mind and counted it as a loss. Never again…
The food is excellent and I got way more than I expected.
