SoHo Sweets Creamery & Cafe

Love their ice cream. Never understood why they're closed on Sundays in the summer when everyone want's ice cream.

I saw a recent review stating that SoHo is Black-owned. To the best of my knowledge — unless something has changed very recently — it is not Black-owned. It's important to be accurate when making claims about ownership, especially when people are using that information to decide where to spend their money.

I definitely enjoyed my self.. food was excellent.. its was a little hot and I wish they had big girl friendly chairs. Coffee was excellent better than Dunkin’ Donuts.. also it’s BLACK OWNED wish is always a plus. There location is perfect

SoHo Cafe is a gem in South Holland. The affogato was smooth and bold, easily one of the best I’ve had. The mocha was rich, not too sweet, and super satisfying. Great flavors, cozy vibe, and the prices? Surprisingly affordable.

What made it even better? They have
Coffee beans from Kusanya in Englewood—a nonprofit café and roastery that’s all about community and creativity. Knowing SoHo supports a mission-driven roaster like Kusanya made the whole experience feel even more thoughtful! Definitely coming back!

So glad I found this quaint, intimate place to relax and refuel. Love the mellow vibe. Pleasant service and delicious, fresh food. I simply love it!

This place is not pet-friendly indoors. They did offer a pup cup, though. The light-skinned worker with brownish braids was extremely unprofessional. She laughed the entire time I was ordering and forgot the ice cream. When I confronted her about it, she was giggling about it. The other employees are fine, a bit of attitude but not bad. The only good thing about the experience was the food. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I didn’t come here for a circus.

I had a sweet potato soup that tasted nothing like sweet potatoes

Stori from this place is amazing ! She went above and beyond for my colleague and I . I was running late from voting and she still made sure I got a salad even though the kitchen was closed. Highly recommend this place .

Excellent service. Jordan and his team is the best. Try the Black Bean Burger, Short Ribs, Fries, and Tatar Tots!

Look, I've never been huge on cauliflower until yesterday. A friend invited me to stop by so she could grab some cauliflower. I scratched my head and said okay if you say so. Let's just say I tasted some of hers and I was hooked!! I do recommend you guys go up on the price because these things are absolutely magnificent and for the price.... OMG!! Love the atmosphere and I had a chance to speak with the general manager who's very kind-hearted and community oriented. Love this place and I will be back.. with Friends!

I hosted two events at SoHo sweets and creamery. My guests and I loved the food, the staff and the atmosphere. Kat, the manager was very helpful, making sure we were completely satisfied. It’s become a favorite, best kept “secret” in the south suburbs.
