I ordered an Italian beef sandwich and it wasn't good. The meat was all dried out, like it had possibly sitting all day and I asked for it to be dipped and it was still dry as heck.

I don't know why they can't understand me when I tell them I do not want salt on my sandwich it seems like it makes them upset what is wrong with those people that work there what's wrong with asking for a sandwich without salt sometimes I wonder if they're racist something is not right their sandwiches are not as nice as it used to be used to be a nice fresh loaded sandwich and now I'm saying to myself why do I even waste my time this will be the last time that I will visit this place I'm definitely going to have to go out of my way to go somewhere else. We are not living in the 1920s or 50s I don't have to patronize a business that really don't want us there because for some reason I don't feel comfortable at all

Ok they have changed the way they do things. Ordering was a breeze. All items purchased was made correctly. I love to eat here just not when I feel like it has been rushed. So great job on that upgrade of service. I travel at least 110 miles to get a sub from there.Parking: There is parking located on both sides of the building.

Shout out to The submarine port, Spith Holland, I ordered a huge order for Super Bowl. The sandwiches were a hit and even better the day after! Their customer service was amazing as well! Highly recommend them!
The lines to this place are always so long and it’s because the workers work extremely slow. The food is subpar at best, so to wait 15-30 minutes in a drive through line is completely ridiculous. You’re making sub sandwiches not gourmet food, ridiculous wait times for this place.
