Stopped in to get a quick lunch. Usually something not worth a review. But the calorically enhanced woman behind the counter was extremely rude to my girlfriend and I. She also did not let us order some of the options on the menu. She also charged $4 for extra cheese. So one dollar per triangle. Donāt go to this subway ever, probably just donāt go to subway.

Very unsanitary! Worker didnāt change his gloves after dealing with a customer at the register before making another sandwich, the knife he used to cut the sandwich he wiped it off in the cubby hole they use for garbage š¤¢ and the quality of veggies are terrible!

Really bad customer service 11/21/24 on Thursday Between 9:30 am-10 am two girls eating in the back kitchen I have to call them to come to the front to make my sandwich. I say hello to them they didn't respond to me back they come to the front with their mouth full of food They got mad at me because I mentioned to them about not responding to me and they refused to make my sandwich which is I don't want any more after I saw how not sanitary they are. Very disappointed.

I agree with other reviews on here. This was an unpleasant experience. The food and soup was terrible and different than any other subway I've been to. The vibes from the women here are negative and non professional. Us truckers deserve better than this garbage. My reviews have over 80k views. I was skeptical at first to eat here because of the reviews but wow I was wrong the customer service was absolutely amazing all the veggies looked great prices were a bit high but itās a truck stop so what can I say.
The girls that served me were so sweet and made nice conversations with me. Especially the girl with the rings in her nose so sweet to you can tell they really love their job!
I donāt eat meat for religious reasons and when I go to other places and ask for knives and gloves to be switched sometimes they have attitudes but not here they did it with no complaints. Would recommend and I will be back!

I ask for toasted with cheese you can see my sandwich(Photo attached) where cheese is not at all melted.
I asked for the price she charged me and the answer I got from her was so rude and very insulting tone. I felt like I asked her something inappropriate. All I wanted to know what I have been charged for.
I added photos of my receipt and my sandwich, that was literally cold and it was not even packed properly.
