They constantly get my food wrong. Why do i have to ask for my food to fresh every time I come. I could deal with that, but at time they still don't make it fresh. For some reason the barcode scanner so you can receive points never work properly.

I thought I found a better Wendy's, but that quickly turned sour.

After eating my children wanted a treat(Ice cream, extra fires and cookies)

We were still at our table and a worker came to our table and started sweeping around our stuff, never said excuse me, never asked if we were done, didnt say a word, just came to our table and started pulling chairs to sweep.

The rude customer service needs to be studied at almost all Wendy's....

Today is July 24th at 10:00. This Wendy’s is so inappropriate. There were three of the workers sitting outside smoking marijuna and blowing smoke all out for those trying to go through the drive thru. I asked to speak to the manager who was so unprofessional that he came there like there nothing we can do Mam they are on their break. What kind of establishment is this where the manager looks and acts so unprofessional and the staff is outside smoking blunts on their break unacceptable and they should all be removed. There should be some type of professionalism and boundaries no matter where you work!

The food was well prepared. Given in a timely manner. Restaurant and bathroom was clean. Employees were Courteous to customers. Food portions were appropriate.

The service was poor. The cashier was rude and did not adhere to basic etiquette. The food was haphazardly packed. Both the nuggets and fries were strewn in the containers and bag. The manager was equally rude. He instructed me to move ahead because they were being timed. If the order had not been so poorly assembled, I would have driven off immediately. My view is that the service is not complete until I establish that the receipt and items are accurate. I also was delayed because I had to assemble the order so it is presentable for the recipient.To be clear this was order 3192 store 00008663 My point is that after spending 9.07 for fries and nuggets, I expect more from Wendy's.

Went there for breakfast, one sandwich made fresh, the other was old. Meaning not hot. Same with tge potatoes. Tried to call several times, no answer. I'm so disappointed
