Blue collar bar that nobody knows about unless you either work at the refinery or know someone who has been there. The food is good, owners are nice, and so far the bartenders have treated us right.

Sparkys has the best BLT in Madison County, always fresh veggies, and the best and locally purchased bacon on Texas toast. None other better than hands down, very filling for a BLT.
