I wish we had a cold vegan deli, but Head West is pretty good for subs! This location has friendly and helpful staff, and eating in is always pleasant.
They have Gardein meatballs and chicken strips, marinara, hummus, and plenty of veg. They also started carrying Follow Your Heart cheeses! ? Sweet bread is vegan and very yummy, but they have other options if you're not a fan. Their soups rotate and I don't think any of them are vegan, but they have vegan chips and lots of drink options.
My fave is Veggie Chicken Marinara made with FYH cheese, ban peps and olives. Hits the spot!

Service was fine, atmosphere was fine. But unfortunately, I think their toaster oven was down - which didn't seem like a problem, although I've never had their cold subs. Once I got it home, I found that the bread was so thick - the ratio of bread to ingredients was ridiculous. Then the bread began to just fall apart while eating it to the point where it would have been better to just use a fork. It was a very unfortunate meal. A friend introduced me to HW about a year ago and it was amazing, but now I'm wondering if the business has changed hands, due to its lack of consistency and declining quality - and its not just at this location, it's all others as well.

I am very disappointed in the customer service of this location. I love the food, but I ordered a brownie for pickup and they didn't give it to me with my order. It is $2.50, I called to ask that they refund my card and they said they would have a manager call me back just for the brownie. A few hours later they called and said we could drive back and pick it up, but I was already going to work. I asked them to please just refund it since I didn't get my brownie I paid for, they said I would have to call back another day to get it. At this point I might as well dispute the charges because why is it so hard to refund an item that wasn't given? Very disappointing service for such great food.
