The ‘manager’ & drive thru worker working august 30,2025 at 9am handled a mistake -caused by the worker extremely poorly. Food was thrown in bag.

I have never liked this McDonald’s, but I’ve also never had breakfast here until now. The breakfast staff are wonderful. The food is hot. They serve plenty of butter with the pancakes. The syrup is warm. The restaurant is clean. They aren’t yelling at each other and the order was exactly as we ordered it. Definitely will return for morning service here. As always, I suggest you skip the afternoon.

Dont waist your time or hard earned money on this place. I was given an unsweetened tea when I paid and ordered a sweet one. I go back in to fill it my self with sweet tea. The sweet tea container in the front was empty go figure right. So I ask an employee to please give me a sweet tea he takes my cup to the back and hands me another unsweetened tea and then both the employee and manager had the audacity to give me an attitude because I wanted a refund since clearly they were out of sweet tea at the time. I think its really important to train your younger employees on customer service and if you are out of something you definitely dont try to pass off something that wasn't ordered just speak up and use your words like an adult. Wisconsin gets paid less then you guys and i receive wayyy better service up there💀 this location is sad and it seems lots of people have problems here.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. Despite showing my receipt and order number, the staff refused to give me my food. They insisted I come inside to get it. I explained that I am 36 weeks pregnant, experiencing cramps, and simply needed them to hand me my order through the window. The employee still refused.

This was beyond disappointing and it was heartless. I will never return to this McDonald’s. You’ve lost a customer for good, and I hope others take note. If you’re wondering why customers stop coming, look at the way you treat them.

Sad to say, but the evening crew doesn't seem to care.
The small staff seemed overworked, the dining room was a mess, the fries were cold and containers only half full. One burger was only half wrapped and toppings all over the bottom of the bag. Wait at drive through was 10 minutes, and then had to take food back in for refund.
Never had problems at breakfast or lunch.

Hands down the best McDonald's experience I have ever had. The woman taking our order was clear, professional, and efficient. The type of person that should be training every person who ever talks to customers in any field.
Then the most adorable man over 55 was smiling with his head out of the second window holding our bag as we approached.
It's wonderful to see that a chain like this still can focus details and impress people like me, who hates everyone in customer service.

Completely different now since they remodeled, nobody works in the front of the store anymore, very strange experience totally cold and distant, there's nobody near the two registers that there are to take your order
