The Cafe Connection

The customer service is horrible. I ordered a decaf coffee and was sent regular. Their website indicates they respond more quickly to emails than voicemails. In the past 10 days I have emailed them twice via their website and left one voicemail. No response whatsoever. I am beyond frustrated trying to get this error corrected. Come on people at The Cafe Connection - you should do better!Update: I have now received an email from Cafe Connection. The rep apologized and indicated the "contact us" form was not working when I sent my emails. She was very gracious and said she would have the correct product sent to me immediately and that I should keep the product that was sent to me in error. I appreciate her efforts and will consider ordering from them again in the future.

The Cafe Connection has been a great way for me to buy some fun flavored coffees with ease! They send coupons and discounts which allows me to easily try new things without braking the bank! Everything is super fresh and tastes amazing!

You can go to Amazon and get FOUR bags for 34$. I paid 17 frickin dollars for ONE bag. Shipping is ridiculous. Needless to say, I won't be buying from here again.
