The customer service is horrible. I ordered a decaf coffee and was sent regular. Their website indicates they respond more quickly to emails than voicemails. In the past 10 days I have emailed them twice via their website and left one voicemail. No response whatsoever. I am beyond frustrated trying to get this error corrected. The Cafe Connection has been a great way for me to buy some fun flavored coffees with ease! They send coupons and discounts which allows me to easily try new things without braking the bank! Everything is super fresh and tastes amazing!
