Tropical Chill Ice Cream Truck

Was a good day for the ice cream truck, wish we could have enjoyed it. They looked right at my husband and kids with money out and drove right past. Then drove right past another family down the street….somebody didn’t feel like working today or what?

Consistently visit our neighborhood at just the right times and always have unique options that you can't just buy at the grocery. Our kids love spending the money they earn at the Tropical chill truck. Clean, well maintained vehicles too...unlike some of their competitors.

Fabulous company. Owners go out of their way to come to your area when asked...clean trucks, friendly drivers. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Best trucks in the area! You can tell how happy the drivers are to be working with this company, we've had the same driver for years. The amount of time and effort the owner puts into the trucks say alot about how much they care about their business. New ice creams every year.

Trucks are clean. Prices are fair, ice cream trucks have a variety of different kinds to pick from. Kids love it! Staff is friendly.

I had them for an event in the past drivers are very friendly and booking was very easy. I will be looking to book them again within the near future.

the trucks never come down our street and always leave my kids in tears. i have called her multiple times asking to send a truck down our street but yet it never happens. one of the only times it has came by our house we went to get ice cream and it was half melted. so i asked for a new one and the driver was extremely rude and said i cannot do that and drove away. not to mention how dirty those trucks are. they are completely unsanitary and extremely dirty. i cannot believe this place is still running. if you say call when you want a truck and they never come why say that? service here is terrible. i know things are expensive in this world but 6 bucks for a ice cream is just outrageous. i have sent my kids out there and they have also been scammed. not sure if the driver messed up but no way my two kids went out there and spent 16 dollars on two slushees. i would recommend to go out there with your kids if you are going to associate with this business.

I hate this place because they won’t serve me any ice cream in my neighborhood and they were being very mean to me on the call they were saying oh buddy seriously why are you calling me and they were very bad to me and they wouldn’t give ice cream to me

Please stop by the back employee parking lot at the mchenry post office anytime you guys are doing the local neighborhood. I see you guys just keep rolling by. We want ice cream too ?.

Very accommodating and great experience for the kids!

Left my daughter in tears, sobbing to me “the ice cream truck drove past me”. This broke my heart, please make sure you are looking for costumers, I know it will be difficult,but please try.

Always amazing ?. The trucks are awesome (bring the spinners back ?) the owners take pride in what they do and so do the drivers.
