We have been using them for a while now every year for our nursing facilities. Our company pays for everyone's ice-cream and shaved ice for our staff, residents and their families. We have had nothing, but great experiences with them. We get our receipts emailed to us right away. The workers have always been kind and provide good service. It's always a big hit for our buildings and everyone looks forward to it every year!

Excellent service! Ann was very responsive and we set up this event rather quickly. It was a large event with a couple hundred kids at a camp. We had a tight timeframe, and the truck was prompt (in fact a bit early), and followed specific instructions well in a place with a large footprint. The two young gentlemen in the truck were polite, kind and professional. The trucks are colorful and everyone loved the ‘arctic’ animals painted on the trucks. The kids were so happy and had so much fun. This event was done in memory of a family member we recently lost that wanted to make these kids smile, and it was perfect. I highly recommend Tropical Chill in Spring Grove. Their prices were reasonable, and they don’t tack on a lot of extraneous charges like other places do. We will use them again!

Unsafe and unprofessional drivers. We noticed one of their drivers playing on her phone while driving thru our neighborhood. I tried to email and IM the company about this with no response. What if a kid ran out in front of their truck. Would she have time to react? Probably not. When I talked to the driver. She said “sorry I was looking at the maps on my phone”. Yea that is not really believable to me. Please watch out for their trucks. Your life and your children’s life may depend on it

Tropical Chill catered an event we hosted in our neighborhood last weekend. They were absolutely fantastic! The shaved ice was super fun and the ice cream treats were delicious! They have a huge selection and were reasonably priced. The girl inside the truck had a smile on her face the entire night even when there was a line about 30 kids long. Thanks Tropical Chill, we will have you back again soon!

We had them come by for my daughters birthday. We could not have been happier. Gentleman was so polite and helpful. He was right on time and patient with the kids. Would definitely recommend and do this again. It was a hug hit with the kids.
