Love jimmy John but this store is always closing early! Drove 20 minutes here to arrive 30 minutes before closing only to find they were closed. This is at least the 3rd time in several months they've closed early. Very disappointed if you say your open till 9 that means 9 not 830!!!

Food never arrived. Ordered at 4:45, never showed as on the way, so we called at 5:15 they said the driver had just left. 30 minutes later we called back and they couldn’t locate the driver. After an hour, I requested a refund because who knows where the food has been at that point. This is not the first or second time this has happened either. The food is usually decent, but the delivery needs improvement for sure!

Ordered a sub and live in same town and is taking over 40 mins so far for delivery and when called she was rude and not polite or anything. First time ever ordering from here and never again.

Good quick place to get a good sandwich. Consistent quality with all other JJ.5 stars because it was as expected. Not that anyone has the expectation this is a Michelin Starred restaurant.

Spring Valley night time employees are unintelligent jerks. Delivery driver literally tossed my food and drinks at me, didn’t know either. Called to complain about my husbands sandwich and the worker didnt even ask what was wrong with it until I said “are you not going to ask what was wrong with it?” She said “yeah what’s wrong with it?” So I told her and she wanted to argue lol. Told me to hand the old sandwich back to the driver (health violation) and I said I would be happy to send her a picture of it. So I told them to not come to my house. I literally have the driver on camera just standing on my porch no knock no anything just waiting for me to come to the door. Every time we order from here the KIDS are rude as hell. I would love corporate to call me as I work for corporate through my company and know how to handle stuff like this. Clearly these KIDS don’t.

Everytime I order from specifically this location, it takes over an hour and a half every time to get here. As of me writing this right now i’ve been waiting 2 hours. Freaky fast!

My order consisted of 2 pieces of meat and all tomatoes. If I wanted a tomato sandwich I would have ordered that. Waste of money.
