Ordered a sub and live in same town and is taking over 40 mins so far for delivery and when called she was rude and not polite or anything. First time ever ordering from here and never again.

Spring Valley night time employees are unintelligent jerks. Delivery driver literally tossed my food and drinks at me, didn’t know either. Called to complain about my husbands sandwich and the worker didnt even ask what was wrong with it until I said “are you not going to ask what was wrong with it?” She said “yeah what’s wrong with it?” So I told her and she wanted to argue lol. Told me to hand the old sandwich back to the driver (health violation) and I said I would be happy to send her a picture of it. So I told them to not come to my house. I literally have the driver on camera just standing on my porch no knock no anything just waiting for me to come to the door. Every time we order from here the KIDS are rude as hell. I would love corporate to call me as I work for corporate through my company and know how to handle stuff like this. Clearly these KIDS don’t.

My friend wanted to stop here to pick up lunch. I had never been to a Jimmy John's before and didn't know anything about the place, but she told me it was just like Subway so I agree to give it a try. I found out very quickly that Jimmy John's is vastly inferior to Subway is every way. At Subway I can just walk in and the employees start the sandwich-making process but at Jimmy John's I had to spend far too long asking the employee at the counter about their options and how it all worked. Everything is decided from a menu and you can't just choose what breads and fillings you want for your sandwich. Every sandwich has a standard lettuce, tomatoes and mayo included so you have to specifically tell them you don't want them. The sandwiches are also much smaller and there are barely any options for what to add to them. They don't even make the sandwiches in front of you and just hand you the food wrapped up several minutes later so you have no idea if they got anything about your order wrong until you unwrap it and check. I can't understand why anybody would choose to go to Jimmy John's when there's a Subway just down the street.

Staff was very busy but also very efficient in getting orders out in a timely fashion.
Everytime I order from specifically this location, it takes over an hour and a half every time to get here. As of me writing this right now i’ve been waiting 2 hours. Freaky fast!

"No mayo" means "extra mayo" at this location and forget about any pleasantries from the staff. I don't mind an apathetic food service employee as long as they get the order right.
