Tonight i threw the proverbial dart at the board and it landed on this place. I've never heard of nor tried. So ordered the chimichanga and nachos loco and once i tried them both oh my i was overly happy. I am picky when it comes to Mexican food. I am adding this place to the favorites list for sure. Now let's get to the food. I have never seen achimi as big as this one. The fry on it was perfect, the flavors inside where great, and this thing was stuffed full, all the good stuff to. The red sauce served on the side was a great compliment. Speaking of the red sauce it was the prefect balance of spicy and earthy. The nachos Loco are exactly what you'd expect them to be. All the good toppings and plenty of cheese and meat to go along with all those great homemade chips. All in all I'm gonna be back to try all the goodies on this menu. Especially 2 of my favorite foods. The birria and tamales.
Gorditas are $3.50 and the size are perfect for the price. I don't think they are the best gordita's I've had, Fajitas in LaSalle are still better. Theirs are, however, twice the price but not twice the size. If I was in the area, two of these for $7 is a good price and meal. I would definitely swing by more if I was in the area. I do think that when they stuff the gorditas that they should toss all the ingredients together because as it is now you end up with all the meat at the bottom of the gordita. There were no refried beans in this gordita though. I really enjoyed the salsa(sauce) as well as it doesn't taste like you think it would like a regular red sauce. It's much richer in flavor while not being very spicy. I do also want to say that it was rather cold inside, which if customer's are not comfortable it does not matter how good the food is, they will have a less than good time.

No offense but I guess the people that like this place don't know how Mexican food taste like. Didn't even eat it not even my kids or my grandkids ate it we threw it away.

If i could i give it ??the worst nachos they were so dark like the oil must have been super old and then I bought some cheese fries and they were cold from inside and all soggy there were not crispy and they were also browned so expensive for the amount that they give you they give me more fries at McDonald's and they did there and freaking $6 that's how much it was for some nasty cheese fries that they didn't even put that much cheese like a little bit you couldn't like for fries we're only covered in cheese would never go there again..

The homemade chips and salsa are so good. I always get the chorizo tacos and it's been very tasty.
Everything was great! Elotes and the Asada Nachos were 10/10. Highly recommend. Tacos were 9/10. Service 10/10.
