This is my favorite ice cream shop in the area. Rich and creamy ice cream, great sundaes, delicious shakes, and very friendly service. It is a cash only ice cream shop, so plan accordingly.

Worst costmer service ive ever had to deal with. And have the video to prove it. Ill never go back the lady up front had no idea what she was doing. Messed the order up and didn't want to even try to fix it. Then said it comes out of her paycheck and thats why she didn't want to fix it. Like seriously . Non the less ill never go back . And ill be sure to spread the word on how they hire traler trash!!!
The prices are way too high for what you get. Spent $20 not including tip on a large vanilla cone, med. fudge sundae and asked for the smallest vanilla in a dish. I had my dog with and they gave us a dog sundae with treats in it even though we didn't ask for that.

Worst service I have ever encountered. Not sure what is wrong with the 40 something year old woman who they had working for them today, May 4th 2023, but she is straight disrespectful. She made my order wrong , which was fine I asked her if she could fix it and she told me that "it's not my problem you ordered wrong." I love supporting small businesses but the fact this woman works in customer service is wild to me.Also to add I found out that she is the owner!!

Ordered two items, one of which was a vanilla shake with lime flavoring in it. Similar to a frosted lemonade but with lime instead. The girl who took our order was nice and polite but after we ordered an older woman came to the window a few moments later and told us she wouldn't make it because it was "disgusting" and that she wouldn't give us our money back if we didn't like it. Then she tried to explain to us what we were asking for like we were stupid and she finally stopped nagging us after me and my girlfriend both had to tell her we wanted it more than enough times and that we've ordered that same item before and it's been fine. I've been coming to tastee freez for almost 20 years and this last visit definitely makes me rethink ever going back.
