every time I come here its a minimum of 25-30mins in the drive through after ordering through the app. Doesn't matter if theres 5 cars in the drive through or 1 car, they absolutely know how to delay your entire day. Today i got here at 5:04 for a pickup (according to the app) at 5:04 (i got receipts and video for evidence) and im still not even to the window and its 5:31 already... Lmao thats crazy.... I thought you went into business to make money not waste time?

If I could give negative stars I would. I don't know why I even go back and give them more opportunities to improve for they never do. Every time the food is either terrible or the order is wrong or in this case both wrong and terrible food. Fries are cold and barely any there. Order was also made wrong.

I usually get lunch here every once in a while and the food and service is alright but today I got my normal $7 meal and my burger was completely drenched in mustard and ketchup to the point the whole thing was a slop. My fry’s were over cooked, and my mint Oreo blizzard had exactly 1 crushed up Oreo on top and nothing else inside. Drive the extra 10 minutes to Sparta dq as others have said.

My boyfriend and I went and got Dairy Queen today. And he ate it on his break and ended up getting sick after eating his burger. The workers need to learn how to do their job better and learn how to cook the food properly. You guys lost a customer. We will no longer be going to steeleville Dairy

I ordered. Blizzard and when the girl at the window got it wrong I asked her to fix it nicely . She then slammed the door after ripping the blizzard from my hands, adding THREE strawberries to the top of the blizzard. Then slams the doors closed again.

It's the only fast food in town so we go here but by far the worst DQ in the country. Night and day difference from Sparta or Chester. Bring food to you smelling like weed, kids hanging out cussing, not good business.
