Food is mediocre, owner is rude, arrogant, disrespectful and dismissive! The worst is the place smelled like a musty log cabin. I got hit with that lovely aroma as I walked in. Now that I think of it, I thought it was weird that there were several fans going all over the bar. IDK.
Anyway, after eating our pizza, we left and caught the owner, Phil, on the way out. We told him the pizza was good and that maybe he needs to mention that soft drink refills are not free. I know it’s not a big deal, but I just assumed at a place that presents itself as an upscale bar, with a “chef”, that would be the case. Oh well, I paid over $8 for 3 ice filled pints of Diet Coke. I’m just saying it would have been nice to have been told that by the bartender. Then this guy goes on about he can’t do that and that he has free music so that should be enough and he’d go broke if he gave away free refills of Coke! He was all huffy at that point and I have no idea what he was talking about.
So to calm the situation I asked him about his live music and began to tell him that I am trying to rebrand the hall at our local VFW and he cuts me off to snap at me, “Good luck with that! Try to get 25 people in that place! Ha! Ha! Ha!” as he turned and was walking away from me. I was in udder shock! What?! It’s the local VFW Hall and I’m trying to help out our veterans?! My entire point was before he cut me off, the hall holds way more people than his little, bitty place and I wanted to offer the hall so he can book larger acts. Oh well! His loss!
Not really sure what this guy’s deal is but it seems like my experience is a common one with him! Read the other reviews on yelp! Wow!
In this day and age an owner shouldn’t treat customers like this. Especially after they just spent good money in his place. SMH. Never again! Plenty of other options in the area to spend my money.

Went to hear Nomad Planets. Music was great. Ordereda roast beef sandwich without bread. It was fabulous, aswas our waitress. Definitely will be back!
The live music is outstanding. The pizza is absolutely delicious. The fries are otherworldly aka Damn Good. Service and warmth of the people ... amazing.

First time here with friends. They had a live band. It appears that a reservation is best on Friday and Saturday. The wait for a table of 4 was about 15 minutes. We sat at our table for about 10-15 minutes and had to find a waitress to take our order. Set up is not of a typical restaurant. No one came to offer water once we were seated. Once I got my food, it was luke warm and the reuben was not that great and the French fries were overcooked. The waitress was nice and so was the owner, and some of the patrons. Was it doable, yes; will I go back, probably not, not to take away from the restaurant!

Excellent food and great service by Diane. What an amazing waitress! Just passing through and found a gem to stop at for lunch! Highly recommend! Also got to meet the owner. What a nice guy. Wished we lived closer to frequent this great establishment!
