Revised to one star only. They getting worsen... They take forever at the drive thru. If the customer in question ask for an order that is not ready or a request that will take several minutes, kindly ask them to move forward and wait for their order to be complete instead of having all is wait!!! use your management skills!!!

Steger, IL location is very unprofessional, rude and the wait time is incredibly ridiculous. When asking about ones order, crew members yell back and forth not follow up with their customers. I have not ever experienced such behavior(very poor) service ever. Will not recommend this location to anyone!!!! To make matters worse, order was not correct; however, I was so displeased with the service I didnât even want to waste another 30 minutes to get it right nor be in the presence of the worst unapologetic staff ever.

I placed an online for only a pepperoni pizza and bread sticks and when the app said it was ready I went to the store to pick it up. I then had to wait another 1 hour for my food. They had a line of customers waiting with pick ups as well. Avoid this location at all costs unless you want your time wasted.

Worse little Caesarâs got nothing but little kids working there, they are not paying attention feels like every time I order I get the wrong pizza. Never buying from here again always pay extra for regular pizza. Customer service is the worse makes it hard to complain and get your money back

Food was great, especially the Italian cheese bread. Jay was working very hard trying to take everyone's order and make sure things were going as smooth as possible. Great worker.
I was the first and only person in line for a while. Took an hour long for 2 basic pepperoni pizzas. Yall got to get your stuff together.

Order here last night and bought pepperoni pizza sausage pizza and cheesy bread. Both pizza was under cooked and seemed doughy. The cheesey bread was good and cooked perfect. But I was really upset to see they donât use gloves. The store was pretty cleaned so I took it anyways and prayed over my food.
