Little Caesars Pizza in Steger, IL has the worst service ever. Everything is bad. The front desk person was rude. And I was told they don't give change, I bought 1 sausage Pizza and tendered $10 but they refused to give me my change. I was told, it's exact change or credit card for payment. They should at least post a sign to that fact. Also, I waited about 10 minutes at the drive thru before I was approached. Terrible.

Young kids running this place! They couldn't get orders right people standing around for 15 to 30 minutes. The floors were dirty! No supervision at all! I haven't been in there for a while, but I'm not going back!!

My experience at Steger Little Caesars. First of all it was a Friday October 10th at 7:00 p.m. You would think they would have things prepared, especially on a Friday. I went through the drive-thru the window was absolutely disgusting. The young male worker that came up was literally on a video call. Whilst chomping on some food, trying to take my order. He proceeded to tell me that no breadsticks were made and it would be 10 to 15 minutes, I told him that would be fine and I'll wait. So he tells me to pull around to the back of the line. And my experience in the food business. I would have told them to please go park and I will bring it out to you when it's ready. So then, I finally get back up to the line and this young man is still on a FaceTime phone call and still chomping on food. I had the opportunity to look through the drive-thru window to see a disgusting dirty floor and dirty counters. I received my undercooked breadsticks and asked if the manager was there. He replied yes, would you like to speak to him. I replied no thank you, I just wanted to know if there was actually someone in charge with that place looking a hot mess and the service being a hot mess and the kids on their phone whilst eating food whilst trying to communicate with a customer. So I do not recommend this Little Caesars to anyone. They need to get their act together and find a new manager. One who can train their employees correctly.

Only go here if you wanna wait 3 hours for your order. Even as simple as a pep hot and ready bread sticks. Management obviously doesn't not care. Not even staff. This place needs help terribly. Won't be coming back any time soon. Do not recommend. Waste of time and money. I wish there was an option for 0.

This was in the pizza portal with out me being able to access the items. The cashier kept telling me to hold on one moment, as far as the box looking like it is soaked in grease I arrived there before the accepted time. Not sure of why?!?!?

Hot n ready my @$$. The people working there are nice but for fs sake. School gets out at 3 and the line starts. How about making some pizzas that would be HOT and READY! Also maybe during slow hours yall could clean a bit

They are supposed to be open until 10pm, so we pulled up at 9pm and waited 30 minutes in the drive thru only to be told they are just doing door dash orders.
They lucky I couldn’t give them no starts. This place needs to shut COMPLETELY down. I placed an order at 4:33p to be ready at 7:45p. It is currently 9:28p as I write this waiting for my order. At 9:30p they bring me my order and STILL have to wait because they did not bring me out my entire order(missing a sausage pizza). At 9:35p another worker comes out with a cheese pizza stating that they stopped serving sausage. Mind you., The order was placed at 4:33p. If a sausage pizza wasn’t available that should have been said when my order came out. For a place that makes the same thing every day every hour & supposedly “ Hot & Ready “ this is just absolutely ridiculous. So only go here if you got time to waste and feel like dealing with little kids who don’t know what they doing!

Need to put more attention ,the way they do the food I ask for light sauce they put bunch of it!!! Plus it was like a plastic between my pizza.
Would give zero stars if I could. Tried to order originally at 9. First the app kept letting me order but then saying to call the restaurant because they didn't process it successfully. Well, no big deal, they're open until 11, plenty of time. Called, weird noises, didn't go through. After some delays, we just go up there.
"Sorry, we're closed." "Everything said you're open until 11 -- that's not for almost an hour, so...?" "We're only doing pickup orders." "We tried to place one, it doesn't work." "We're only doing pickup orders. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯"
We call again. It's about 10:15. Finally get some guy with an Indian accent on the line who doesn't seem to be one of the people in the restaurant, but he accepts our order. We go back in there. They don't have the order. They're still insisting they're closed. I give up.
Anyway, it's only 10:45 as I'm wrapping this up. All I wanted was some crazy bread. This place has all of the crazy and none of the bread, apparently.
