Old school bar with great specials. Very friendly people, felt like Cheers in there. Got the $8 Italian beef special with a side. Amazing price for these days. Beef was delicious with lots of beef on it. For the side I got the French onion soup and that was also very good and a good portion. In this age of shrinkflation and crazy prices on food, it was a pleasant surprise. I will be back for sure to try other menu items. Too bad I live an hour away...😐
1st time here today 9/16/24 Monday special.....I ordered the slab of ribs w fries....excellent reminded me of a place yrs ago where my mom worked in Phoenix IL Pete & Mary's Rib House . Tender fell right off the bone. I will be back to try other menu items. You cannot go wrong with the ribs
Really nice, cozy place, multiple big screens, a wrap around bar, and booth seating. The drinks and food are on point. I had a steak sandwich it was delicious and tender with an amazing chared surface. It also has a cozy slot machine room. The bar maid was very attentive and courteous. Mature locals like to dine here. Convenient parking in the lot.
