Was informed that they do not do orders on the phone only on app. Although we did not have app. They obliged us and I ran over to get my friends there lunch. The gentleman that took my order was very, very Accommodating even though we did not have app. Thank you so much, KFC in Sterling, Illinois. All the workers we're so accommodating.“

“We took our 1 year old twins today. The boys were not having it and we had just been seated. We told the hostess we were going to leave because the kids were being loud and next thing we know Chris came out with a snack plate for both the twins and told us it was okay they weren’t disturbing anything. Chris made sure their meals came out first and every time he walked by he would interact and make faces back and forth with them. My son who is very shy even gave him a high five before we left. The food was good but the service was remarkable.“
