I’ve been a loyal customer of this fast food restaurant for a while now, and I can say it’s one of the best in town. The food is always fresh, and the menu offers something for everyone, from classic burgers to healthier options like grilled chicken wraps. I particularly love the spicy chicken sandwich – it has just the right amount of heat and flavor. The fries here are always crispy, and the portion sizes are generous. I also appreciate that the restaurant is consistently clean, which isn’t always the case with fast food places. The staff is friendly, and the service is always fast, even when it’s busy. Wife and me ride our bikes there, and stand about ten minutes outside at the window after ringing the bell and get no service not even acknowledged, two people go inside and are immediately helped. Will not be going back and we both decided Togo to McDonalds cause at least we can get help and actually order food

I want to share my experience as a longtime customer of this establishment, which I can sadly say has come to an end. On June 28, at approximately 5:42 PM, I decided to treat myself to an ice cream cone, but what unfolded was deeply disappointing and frustrating.
For years, I have supported this local business, despite several issues I encountered during my visits. I've noticed a troubling pattern, particularly regarding food safety practices; I’ve seen employees handle food after operating the cash register without washing their hands first. This has made me increasingly uncomfortable, especially because on more than one occasion, my food has been undercooked. Nevertheless, I kept returning, hoping for improvement.
However, my patience was ultimately tested today when I visited the drive-through. The young lady who took my order was rude and dismissive, which was shocking given my past experiences. It seemed like there was an urgency to rush customers through, likely to serve the next person in line, but that shouldn’t come at the expense of proper customer service.
I also find the practice of parking customers in front while rushing them to finish their orders quite unsettling. This only adds to the overall negative experience.
Given the ongoing health department concerns and consistently poor customer service, I can no longer recommend this place. I urge others to consider these factors before choosing to dine here. It's frustrating to walk away from a local business, but health and customer care should always be a priority.

Dairy Mart provided such a great, friendly experience for us and hundreds of our guests and we are SO grateful. They accommodated us last minute, we’re so kind, the food was great and they did a great job keeping up with up the demand of all of us. We will absolutely have them back for years to come.

Worst looking tacos ever hunks of fat not even meat fries were soggy and less than half full staff upfront were beyond rude took my debit card and disappeared for around 10 minutes while I waited to be refunded no receipt given either time

Dairy Mart is honestly one of my favorite spots in Sterling! The variety of food options they offer is fantastic. If you haven’t tried their hot fudge sundaes, you’re seriously missing out—they're amazing! The chocolate is just so unique, and the ice cream is on a whole other level. I highly recommend it!
I also love their tacos, and Friday is a special treat with Asian Fridays. The chicken, fried rice, crab rangoons, and egg rolls are all phenomenal. The staff is super communicative and really takes care of your needs, which I appreciate. It’s a charming mom-and-pop shop, and I’ve heard they cater now too! Definitely check them out!
