Last week I got charged 75 cents to add onion & pickle to my sandwich at Culver's. I just stopped at DQ. I asked if they charged for onion & pickle. I was told no. I asked for BBQ for my sandwich. After I paid I looked at the receipt. 90 cents for BBQ. Also, I got home & my sandwich had tartar sauce, which I asked to leave off.
when a customer specifically asks about what is charged for, not saying is the same as lying! deceptive business practice.
