For us, it was a mixed review, some of my family enjoyed the food and a couple didn't. The " big crazy" was good and HUGE! It could use a little more spice, but all and all was good and I only ate half it was so big, the boys managed to eat it all somehow. The nachos were pretty small ( appetizer sized, but maybe the intention?), at least the beef and cheese ones. My daughter had spinach and cheese quesadillas and was not impressed at all. We meet friends here nearly every Monday. Consistently great food and fast prep time, great service.

I wasn’t expecting to do a review but decided to since I was there. Kelly’s was busy since it was lunchtime. Our waitress was friendly and brought food out timely.
They make their own taco shells here which I give them credit for. I would say they’re around 6/10. Food was average, decent atmosphere.
