Tonight's meal consisted of way dry strips like they were made for lunch and served for dinner, tatos with cold gravy, and warm almost hot cole slaw....
Kids to busy standing around outside to care if things are done right,and a manager that can't manage anything at the place.
Thanks for cutting the food portions in half and doubling up that price.

Yes i just left the sterling store threw drive up at 915pm and got home n my 7$ fillup with 2piece chicken had hard as a rock biscuit 😡, n my two pieces of chicken were the size of my two apple treats, fritter things 😡, i tell ya i think my pop was the best part of the meal n my mash potatos

Attempted to order through the drive through a few weeks ago. Was told it would be 40 minutes before chicken would be ready. Obviously, that was not an option. Went to another restaurant for dinner. Today, very early, 5:00 PM, ordered a bucket of original chicken. Waited nearly 15 minutes--however, when I returned home, there was a bucket of CRISPY chicken--which we do not like. Two bad experiences in a row does not bode well for a return visit. It makes me sad--because in years past, we have always had such great food!

My friends who are working were very hungry. Looked on doordash and was outrageous. Called my k f c a is my kfc in sterling illinois. Was informed that they do not do orders on the phone only on app. Although we did not have app. They obliged us and I ran over to get my friends there lunch. The gentleman that took my order was very, very Accommodating even though we did not have app. Thank you so much, KFC in Sterling, Illinois. All the workers we're so accommodating.

This place was the worst and dirtiest places I have ever taken my family. Its a 100% no of placed to eat. The bathrooms were so dirty you could smell them all the way in the front of the restaurant.
Cashier was very slow dont think she knew what she was doing. Got only half of food that I ordered had to go back to get the rest. Cashier gave to a different order in the drive

The chicken was very salty and greasy the fries very salty to the point of inedible coating on the chicken was so greasy the coating was soggy and falling off. This place is dirty and unkept. I will never go back to this KFC.
