My friends who are working were very hungry. Looked on doordash and was outrageous. Called my k f c a is my kfc in sterling illinois. Was informed that they do not do orders on the phone only on app. Although we did not have app. They obliged us and I ran over to get my friends there lunch. The gentleman that took my order was very, very Accommodating even though we did not have app. Thank you so much, KFC in Sterling, Illinois. All the workers we're so accommodating.

Chicken seamed a little old in the 20 dollar full up box. Also, I got a large coleslaw and it was fresh. Plus 2 Chicken sandwiches, they were also good. Service from girl at the counter was perfect.
The entire dining room smelled of raw sewage and it was so nasty I had to use the bathroom and I ended up vomiting because the smell was so bad my appetite was completely lost and the food I ordered went to total waste still felt sick the next day.

This place is kind of hit or miss. And very much either side. it’s either completely wonderful surprise or downright gross.They’ve gotten rid of a few of the menu items we like unfortunately but the workers are always friendly it’s just hard to say when you’re going to get fresh food or not.Also, the drive-through and parking lot is the most annoying ever it is so tight and hard to drive anything that’s not as small is a Chevy spark thru. It’s position very badly in the intersection being not quite in one lane or the other seems like an accident waiting to happen. I feel like if they just re-positioned some of the concrete blocks and swap the entry/exit sides it would be a much more pleasant driving experience.The place is kind of dirty on the inside, but they have some interesting seating
