Where NO ONE looks at me or greets me.
I don’t care that I wait for service. NOT an issue.
This place is busy BECAUSE the products are so good.
But the fact that a customer could enter your store and NOT be greeted is absolutely INSANE to me.
The service in Rock Falls is SO. MUCH. BETTER.
It’s taken me like 8+ trips before I finally made this post.
Someone should really train these baristas how to represent your business.
It makes me not even want to come here, when this is EASILY the best place in town.

Good absolutely delicious. Chairs are mostly hard so the desire to sit and relax is not a much. There is a couch and chair. But some padded chairs would be nice. Have gluten free here.

Incorrect drink made for one guest(wrong flavor boba drink), underwhelming chai latte(powdered mix ? No milk in it. Like hot tea). Very meh.

love this place! however (unless i’m missing a post or something) their own in house delivery is so inconsistent. I think a lot of us would agree we’d rather give the money directly to the business rather than Doordash, what is inconsistent about it is that sometimes they offer in-house delivery and sometimes they don’t, with no reasoning

Great atmosphere! I’ve never felt uncomfortable at any locations. It’s always a cozy setting with nice interior decor that livens up the shop(s). The staff has always been friendly and I’ve never once dealt with any disrespect which is very much appreciated. There’s only been one sort of mistake made with an order of mine and it was easily fixed by me taking something off a sandwich. Not a big deal whatsoever. I always enjoy having a beer or some wine as well on occasion at the shops. I’m aware the staff are extra busy as well given the addition of Door Dash. I wish the staff Sophie’s the best of luck with that given that I’m a delivery driver for the company and I’m well aware that that always adds stress to the job. In closing, my inner child has had the pleasure of finding Waldo a couple of times and getting a free pastry. Keep up the great work guys! 🫶🏼

I really want to love this place the environment is family friendly and I enjoy most of the entrees/sides. 90% of the time, workers are rude or annoyed with anyone with walks in the door. Don’t even think about going there an hour before close or you’ll get uncomfortable glares from workers. I have been frequenting 3-4 times a week.I enjoy ordering curbside for limited interaction with employees but I struggle to the idea of supporting a small business with terrible customer service.
