They were out of unsweetened tea and refused to make more, the staff was in the back giggling while I stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes. They need to be told to always have 1 person up front for customers.

It's always so damn cold in every Subway we go to. It's like they want us to hurry up and get out. But the subs are always good (because you're always supervising).
I don’t know who’s been working on early Sunday afternoons lately but they’re doing a horrible job. I always get the same sandwich and usually it’s really good but lately my sandwich isn’t being toasted when that’s what I selected in drive thru. I also get mayo and chipotle and there’s barely any sauce and no mayo the past few times. Just in general really poorly put together compared to when I used to come here.
