Since installing the kiosk service has really gone downhill.
To drop any farther they would have to dig a hole.

This fast food definitely needs help. I understand waiting longer when short staffed or super busy. But it seems waiting 30 minutes to an hour for food is now the normal. No. It's called fast food for a reason. I was warned, but went anyways. I will not go back until I hear some changes have been made. Not very clean either.
Stopped by around 2:30 pm and was accidentally given the wrong bag of food. When I went inside to fix it, the employee asked for the bag back and then put it back on the hot table to reuse, even asking if I had eaten from it. Even after that I look in my bag of food and I’m still missing food items that was supposed to be “my bag”🙄
I found this pretty concerning from a food safety perspective. Mistakes happen, but food that’s already left the counter shouldn’t be given to someone else or taken back.

Everything your automation process ruined, your staff made up for. If I didn't deal with the wonky kiosk service, this would be 5 stars. Scratch the automation and bring back customer service. The staff was excellent!

Everyone looked like they were working really hard to make the orders! The lobby is super clean and has lots of seating options. I do miss the retro interior that I grew up with!

Trash all the way around given these fools three times to get my order right and still couldn't do even the simplest job of putting 2 burritos together then when I had to take it back to the counter again because it wasn't right they acted put out pretty sure they were gonna spit in my food so I got a refund and dipped terrible experience absolutely horrible

I paid extra for extra cheese sauce on my garlic steak fries and they r dry. Clearly not extra cheese that I paid extra for. I also got a steak quesadillia and paid for extra sauce and got a dry quesadillia. I'm really getting tired of paying for extra stuff and not getting it!! This is every time I go there and I hate it because it's the only taco bell in our area. Management seriously needs to be addressed at this location!

Messed up on my order and wanted me to drive back to my house after I just got there and never told me on the phone that I needed the bag and never got a refund or food remade
Always gross and soggy. Sour cream is at the end and tacos are always nasty.
