Everything your automation process ruined, your staff made up for. If I didn't deal with the wonky kiosk service, this would be 5 stars. Scratch the automation and bring back customer service. The staff was excellent!

Everyone looked like they were working really hard to make the orders! The lobby is super clean and has lots of seating options. I do miss the retro interior that I grew up with!

Trash all the way around given these fools three times to get my order right and still couldn't do even the simplest job of putting 2 burritos together then when I had to take it back to the counter again because it wasn't right they acted put out pretty sure they were gonna spit in my food so I got a refund and dipped terrible experience absolutely horrible

Had to wait in the drive-through for 40 minutes, and then my food was cold. I don’t recommend it; just drive to Dixon il Taco Bell, you might get it faster.

I paid extra for extra cheese sauce on my garlic steak fries and they r dry. Clearly not extra cheese that I paid extra for. I also got a steak quesadillia and paid for extra sauce and got a dry quesadillia. I'm really getting tired of paying for extra stuff and not getting it!! This is every time I go there and I hate it because it's the only taco bell in our area. Management seriously needs to be addressed at this location!

I can't wrap my head around how you can order in an app, drive 7 minutes to get there, get there, wait over 15 min In the drive thru then be told to pull around and wait another 10 min until you get your thrown together, Luke warm food.
Seriously, drive to Dixon taco bell. It'll be faster!!!

Ordered 3 Dorito's Locos Tacos No lettuce, Chalupa No tomato, and Garlic Nacho Fries with 5 Mild Sauces. Came home, They gave me 5 Fiery sauces instead of the 5 mild. The chalupa HAD tomatoes on it. Worst of all, the basically scam you with the Garlic Nacho Fries, they put 8 Fries in counting that was DRENCHED in Garlic Ranch and Nacho sauce, with little to no beef. Almost the complete opposite in the pictures. There was nothing wrong with the tacos, which, they never normally mess up. However, If I'm paying 6 bucks for nachos fries, put some more damn fries on it.
Came in about 3:30 today, placed my order on the kiosk and needed to pay cash at the counter. Stood there for over 15 minutes with barely an acknowledgement while order after order went out the drive thru. There was no one else in the lobby. I left hungry with no time to stop anywhere else.

I know why I stopped going here. I used to walk in and people knew me. They knew what I wanted. Now you have to order from a kiosk or app. Well, with no one around, you know they haven't cleaned the kiosk in how long? I used my app. I chose "asap" on my order. They said 545 pm. It was 530. Really? 15 mins for some Taco Bell? But ok. I ordered now. Guess I'll wait. AND WAIT.... It took till just before 6pm for my order was ready. Really, 30 mins for 2 burritos and some nuggets? SMH

Every single time I go here I have items missing, so make sure u check ur bags before u leave, we've gone here over the past year about 8 or 9 times and every time we have more than 2 items missing, ridiculous
