Food was okay. My 11dollar meal ended at a price of 18 dollars. They added extras. They also add tip on. Sorry ill decided what waitress received. Why am I paying her wage should be my chose for excellent service.

The Factory is my go to resturant in Sterling. Great food and wonderful staff. I am a teacher in Sterling, and we often go to the Factory when we have half days. They are amazing at accommodating us by taking our orders ahead of time and having it ready or almost ready by the time we get there. We appreciate all of the staff so much!

Great place. Great location. Great service. Great food. Great prices. It's hard to beat a place like this on a road trip. We were able to get a table even though it was almost entirely reserved. The place was packed and yet we're received great service and very delicious food was delivered quickly. The waffle fries are fantastic.
The Factory was very clean when we visited. Lots of space between tables and chairs so very comfortable. Of the two servers working I was not pleased with mine especially compared to his/her coworker. No sense of urgency and smelled of smoke. The onion rings were great!! I also ordered the Philly but have not tried it yet. The cheese curds and Italian beef I sampled were very tasty. I will definitely visit Them Factory again.
