My wife and I placed our order at 12:32 on Sunday, March 2nd. Two cars were ahead of us. At 12:42 we pulled up to the window and paid for our order. At 12:48 we pulled away without recieving our order. No one came to the window to update us on the order during that time. As it was we missed the start of our grandson's basketball game.

Stopped in for lunch prepared for the typical bad experience i usually have at this place. 11am and nobody in the lobby or drive thru I waited to be served while 4 people were hiding in the back, the guy who took my order was polite and informed me they were out of mayo after i already ordered, got my drink cup and the lobby machine was out of ice so had to ask and wait entirely too long for the ice, then I went through 4 different pops trying to find one that didn't taste like crap, got my food (a bun with chicken and lettuce for 12$) and the fries were cold which I didn't understand at 11 o clock. Overall bad service as usual. I dont recommend eating here

The Bandito

Food was cold. Took them 5 minutes to notice us waiting up front. No ice in the ice machine. Drinks were room temp. A growth in my nugget. No bacon on my bacon cheeseburger. Ketchup was empty. I do not recommend

Went here to get a salted carmel frosty, me and my farther were going through the drive through and the man who was gonna serve sounded like he was on drugs or just straight high, we asked “ do you guys have the carmel frosty” and the man replied “uuuhhhhh we have vanilla” nothing else. Just vanilla and so we left because this was just terrible service.

Went to Wendy's today for the first time in a few years. Asked for a salted caramel frosty that they have advertised at the local Wendy's. The associate said we only have chocolate frosties today. The last time we were at this location it was the same issue as they had strawberry frosties advertised.

Me and my family came here for lunch,an we will never be coming back! First of all,80% of the drink choices were not available and the drink options that where available were flat and warm! You couldn't even fix the situation with ice because there was no ice! The food was pretty good expect some stuff was burnt.

The guy that waited on us was very courteous but the food wasn't very great; the fries were cold despite being told how good and fresh they were. Wanted to try the salted caramel frosty: "nope, we're out" heard another customer ask about the spicy chicken sandwich: "nope, we're out." I seriously doubt we'll ever go back to this facility.
