Outstanding if you’re looking for the ultimate drive-through meditation session — 10+ minutes of silence after being told to “hold.” Who needs tacos when you can practice patience?
If this is what expansion looks like, they’re watering down quality faster than they’re opening locations.

Literally the worst food I have ever ordered! Not only are they overpriced I paid $20 for three Quesabirria absolutely no meat in them just cheese super greasy and very small. I called to complain about it so I can come in and get something els. They had somebody new at the front desk who refused to give me her name or help me in any way shape or form. Hung up the phone several times would not get me over to a manager! Never again. Absolutely disgusting They need to do better.

I love my service from cilantro everything nice/hot and fast service. Have no problems but I could say one thing to add to the menu is if they could add Tamarindo for the drinks but everything else is great!

Picked up the steak taco dinner and some al pastor tacos. They are not what they used to be. The meat, rice and beans are off in taste, looks and quality. This place was great a few years ago but now it has declined in quality. Even the orchata drink was awfull. I assume they are cutting corners to save money but they are loosing old customers to poor over all quality

They packed the food incorrectly, they make it a mess. All they do is stuff and throw in the sauce and food and napkins with no organizing, so once you open your bag for your food, it’s a mess and barely looks edible! The new owners made the prices SKYROCKET! Its expensive, the vegetables and tacos are more cold than usual! Barely felt edible and wasn’t even in the right temperature, the service was extremely slow and poor. I don’t know what happened but the service was so good until now, it’s so poorly done and slow. There’s a specific cashier that needs to comb and fix their hair, the hair usually gets on the food, and just grosses me out. Overall the service is pretty bad, if you’d like to go there, go ahead and risk it. I’m not forcing anything on you. But yeah maybe just don’t go on this one.

Tonight wasn't a good night to get food. I ordered a torta for my wife and I got a burrito. We both was very disappointed. The food had no flavor. The steak was over cooked. And, the bread for the torta and the tortilla for the burrito was bad, not your typical bread and tortilla.
