It's a hit or miss at times with my Ice coffee.Today 10/10/25 coffee was horrible. I called 25 times and no answer. I tried to call again and they took the phone off the hook. Taste your coffee before driving or walking away.

The only reason I’m giving a 1 star is because you have to provide that in order to write a review. The staff in this location is extremely racist. My son was picking me up from work when my granddaughter got sick and vomited all over the car. We pulled over to go into the Dunkin to get napkins and water and the worker who claimed he was the owner was extremely rude, following my African American son out the store telling him that “ us people” are still napkins “ referring to him as you people” I immediately took the napkins and went back into the store to give them the napkins back then going over to the gas station to purchase paper towels. As I am cleaning out the car I realize that he’s calling the cops on us! YES over some napkins! The saddest experience I’ve ever encountered. Might I add that a sweet elderly Caucasian man was parked next to me acknowledging that he sees what’s going on and went into the Dunkin Donuts and came out with a hand full of napkins and handed them to me and simply just apologized. They gave him no problems at all! Very disappointing!

I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin. The staff member who took my order was extremely rude and dismissive. He acted like helping customers was a burden and gave off a very unwelcoming attitude. When I told him I couldn’t hear him he rudely raised his voice at me at the drive - thru and also responded with unnecessary attitude.
Also , Customer service should be a priority, but clearly that wasn’t the case here. I’ve been to other Dunkin’ locations where the staff is friendly and professional, but this one completely missed the mark. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Now that the Dunkin donuts in Melrose Park is closed for construction we have to resort to going to the Stone Park location. Worst location the employees can't read English can hardly speak it everytime our order is wrong .
