Went to pick up a sandwich next door at Firehouse, while waiting for it to be made I walked over to this MilkTea shop. First time having anything Boba, so I went in and had a few curious questions about the teas, drinks, extras ect. The cashier was super nice, answered all questions, I got the Chocolate Boba Milk Tea and I thought it was great. The tapioca was good too. The place is very clean, neat, the bar area was also tidy and well kept. I saw there was a screen off to the side where you can order in case there’s a bit of a line at the cashier which was nice. Will be coming back to get a smoothie or something different from the selections next time.

My cousin took me here, and I ordered the Pineapple Green Tea Smoothie — it was delicious and affordable. I can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu.
The outside sign looks cute, and when you walk in, the place is aesthetically pleasing. The barista greeted me, and I liked that there was an option to use the kiosk if you prefer — which I did. I also liked that it translated into (I’m not sure if it was Chinese, Japanese, or Korean), but it added a beautiful and unique cultural element you don’t usually see in typical American fast food restaurants.
I liked how you can add a name to your order — it’s a small detail that makes a huge difference in the experience, making it feel more personal. I also noticed when the barista handed my cousin and me our straws, she swapped one out so we could have matching ones. That little gesture was so kind and left a great impression.💛🍍🧋

Fantastic smoothies & milkteas. It's Asian owned so they know what they are doing. Not too sweet. Very affordable prices too. In the summer they should stay open until 10:30pm, especially Friday & Saturday.

Milkteaful is one of my fav places literally in Chicagoland! Super cute atmosphere, the staff is always lovely and the drinks do not miss! They are all amazing, it’s hard to pick a fav but I think the pineapple cocoanut smoothie might take the title for me- it is refreshing with strong sweet flavors

Absolutely delicious! All of their drinks have been a hit. My husband likes all of their yakult drinks and I am literally obsessed with all their fruit teas and smoothie flavors. Their tapioca is top tier (which is so hard to find these days) and their prices are really great. Everything about their flavors, ambiance, and employees makes coming here worthwhile.

Having recently moved near the area, I finally decided to check this place out. I absolutely love trying new boba shops, and I am thrilled that this one is so close by. Great atmosphere with cute decorations and plenty of seating. There was only one worker behind the counter at the time who greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was so sweet and made my drink very quickly.
As for the boba itself… it’s great! I got a brown sugar boba milk tea which I was glad to know was non-dairy (despite my love for all things dairy, I am lactose-intolerant. Booooo). The milk tea itself was great. For a brown sugar drink, it wasn’t too sweet at all, which I liked as I usually get my drinks with less sweetness. However, the tapioca was a little hard, a result of it either sitting out for too long or being chilled. I’m sure it would’ve been a thousand percent better with the tapioca’s real chewy texture, but I suppose I can’t complain since I walked in on a slow Wednesday afternoon.
Great shop overall, and I surely will be a regular!

Got their boba milk tea — super disappointing. I got 70% sugar but it was still too sweet. The drink was watered down and their non dairy base was noticeably non dairy. Would not recommend.
